Summary: What's a summer without going on a trip to the beach at least once?
Rating: PG13+? Depends, really.

[When one enters the beach, if they're the type of people to make beelines for food as soon as they step into a party, they'll notice that there are a few tables set up with a bunch of snacks laid about, along with a giant cooler residing at the end of the table. There's a barbecue going on too, though it'll be self-serve if you're hungry.]

[Otherwise, there's a bunch of sporting equipment laying about. A Frisbee, a few volleyball nets... Whatever you'd like to be there! Don't forget, there's always swimming in the ocean, too.]

[Since she's still worrying about Shikamaru, Ino's still not that cheerful when she attended the party. She's just laying down on her blanket and letting the smoking hot sun turn her equally smoking hot body (http://images.plurk.com/d0d9d7058f93ca87f7ac0b5cb50f1cdc.jpg) into a light tan. There should be warning signs all around her, really.

Cracking one eye open, she reaches for her suntan lotion and sits up.] Now, who's the lucky gentleman who will do the honors for me...

[Sokka is walking by, hair down and soaked, to go grab some more food. He's just in his trunks and thanks to his two years in Luceti, is pretty well built too. (In case you were wondering). He only half catches Ino's question as he passes by, giving him pause to look over and blink.]

[Watch as her lips slowly curve up into a smirk the moment she catches a long glimpse of that soaked physique (and your manry beard of manriness), Sokka. Like a long, long glimpse before her smirk turns into an innocent smile.]

The honors of rubbing lotion on my back. You wouldn't want me to burn now, would you?

[Oh. This is not a good situation. He can be dense sometimes, but not so dense as to realize exactly what sort of situation this is. Those are evil eyes. Evil eyes that he's seen on Ty Lee before.]

I'm... not exactly sure that's appropriate. I mean, nothing against you... I'm sure most guys would be glad to um, put lotion on you. Just... not a good idea for me, you know?

[Meh. He's thinking of the time he and Winry went to the beach. His already dark skin meant he came back from the beach just fine. Winry, on the other hand, came back red. And he did feel bad about that.]

[Those words are quite a challenge. Minato, who is just passing on his way down to the shoreline, stops as he considers them carefully. It could be a trap... (although okay, that's just a previous bad beach experience talking) but should he answer anyway?

After a moment, he decides the answer to the second question is 'no' and thus the first one doesn't even matter. She's a lady in need of assistance. And so, he takes a few steps closer - but still keeping a respectful distance.]

[He settles down on the sand beside her, and pours some of the lotion out onto his palm.] I'm Minato.

[So not a gentleman...but at some point in the afternoon when she's ready for a little R and R, Hikari makes her way over to where others have set out blankets. She doesn't want to get stepped on by more active party-goers as she relaxes on her own blanket, after all.
