A time for merriment and laughter

Who: Everyone in Luceti!
What: The annual musical rendition of A Midsummer Night's Dream that everyone's been waiting for with the party!
When: From 8:00 pm to later into the night.
Where: At the school gym/auditorium and the cafeteria.
Summary: The big time for the play has come, time to put it on then party!
Rating: G to PG-13 at best.

When the audience entered the school gym, there will be a large stage set up with tons of chairs for everyone to sit in. After all were seated, the play began and everything was wonderful for the most part, there were some minor slip-ups here and there. Yet overall, the play was a success. Once the party had finished and the encores were done however, Frederic came out on the stage to make a speech.

"Good evening everyone, thank you for coming out tonight on this glorious occasion. To everyone involved and to all of you our wonderful audience, it has been a pleasure seeing and being with all of you. Now if everyone will turn to the school cafeteria, we can all dine together."

The door to the school cafeteria then opened to reveal a beautiful nature setting with decorations galore all over the place. There will also be a very large table with much food on it with drinks for guests and cast/crew to eat, drink, and be merry. Tonight is a night for celebration, everyone will celebrate with happiness in their hearts.

"It was good, better than the ones I was a part of back home..."

"They must have had a much better writer though."

"So you got to see it? How lucky! I-It seems I arrived a little too late to catch it myself." Looking away and laughing sheepishly now, if only she had found out sooner.

"Well, uhm, I suppose so! After all, it was written by Shakespeare. It's even one of his more popular plays."

[Shu, you dun goof'd.]

The director! I meant the director!

[identity profile] alreadyknowsyou.livejournal.com 2011-09-22 08:24 pm (UTC)(link)
"Ah, s-sorry! I wasn't sure if you might have been from a world which doesn't know about Shakespeare or something like that, so forgive me!" Shocking, the prospect that other worlds might not know about Shakespeare.

"Uhm, so who was the director? Seeing as I didn't arrive on time I didn't get a chance to see them."

"Eheh no. I helped write a version of Romeo and Juliet back home."

"And wasn't it that man in the top hat? I don't really remember his name..."

[identity profile] alreadyknowsyou.livejournal.com 2011-09-23 11:48 pm (UTC)(link)
"That's wonderful! How did that go then, y-your version of Romeo and Juliet I mean?" Gasp, a person who is aware of Shakespeare and even wrote their own version of one of his plays. She's so happy she picked someone to talk to who knows about him!

"Uhm, Top hat?" Thinking... There was a rather fancy dressed man walking around. Perhaps him? "I think I know who you mean, but I don't know his name either."

[identity profile] weepingprincess.livejournal.com 2011-09-25 01:59 pm (UTC)(link)
"Oh... Well..."

"To be honest by the end it was pretty much just the normal Romeo and Juliet but..."

[It's kind of embarrassing now that he thinks about it but he'll go ahead anyway.]

"Romeo was someone who wanted to be a girl. And Juliet was someone who wanted to be a boy."

Huh? She blinks a few times... But then just smiles broadly.

"Th-That's certainly an interesting take on things! The audience must have loved it very much."

[identity profile] weepingprincess.livejournal.com 2011-09-25 07:56 pm (UTC)(link)
"Ah... yeah..."

"It was fun..." he stares into the crowd for a moment.

Eventually he snaps back and smiles. "I'm Shuichi Nitori, what's your name?"

[identity profile] alreadyknowsyou.livejournal.com 2011-09-25 08:03 pm (UTC)(link)
"I'm sure it was. I-It's a little late, but congratulations for pulling it off, eheh!" ...Hm? Looking behind herself and into the crowd she doesn't spot anything. Eh, maybe this person just saw someone they know.

"Shuichi?" Hm... "Shu-kun then! I'm Nodoka Miyazaki, it's nice to meet you.

[identity profile] weepingprincess.livejournal.com 2011-09-25 08:21 pm (UTC)(link)
"Ah yeah... that was a while ago now."

Shu-kun huh... Just like back home. "It's nice to meet you too Miyazaki-san!"

[identity profile] alreadyknowsyou.livejournal.com 2011-09-25 09:08 pm (UTC)(link)
"Sorry, I-I thought you deserved another congratulations anyway! Rewriting and pulling off your own play must have been tough, so credit where credit is due."

After this she bows politely. "Would I be right in saying you're from Japan, Shu-kun?"

"Ah, I am. The same for you?"

It's nice to finally meet someone who seems relatively down to earth. Although her hair is an odd shade indeed...

[identity profile] alreadyknowsyou.livejournal.com 2011-09-25 10:41 pm (UTC)(link)
Hey, her hair is timeless. You never know, maybe it's Maybelline?

"Yes, that's right. I'm from the Kanto region and attend Mahora Academy. How about you?"
