A time for merriment and laughter

Who: Everyone in Luceti!
What: The annual musical rendition of A Midsummer Night's Dream that everyone's been waiting for with the party!
When: From 8:00 pm to later into the night.
Where: At the school gym/auditorium and the cafeteria.
Summary: The big time for the play has come, time to put it on then party!
Rating: G to PG-13 at best.

When the audience entered the school gym, there will be a large stage set up with tons of chairs for everyone to sit in. After all were seated, the play began and everything was wonderful for the most part, there were some minor slip-ups here and there. Yet overall, the play was a success. Once the party had finished and the encores were done however, Frederic came out on the stage to make a speech.

"Good evening everyone, thank you for coming out tonight on this glorious occasion. To everyone involved and to all of you our wonderful audience, it has been a pleasure seeing and being with all of you. Now if everyone will turn to the school cafeteria, we can all dine together."

The door to the school cafeteria then opened to reveal a beautiful nature setting with decorations galore all over the place. There will also be a very large table with much food on it with drinks for guests and cast/crew to eat, drink, and be merry. Tonight is a night for celebration, everyone will celebrate with happiness in their hearts.

Helios is just...munching on some cookies when he spots Akiha. He regards her with a warmer glance than what she has on her expression. It doesn't really deter him per-say, he's dealt with many a strict person and god and demon and all sorts of other things before. So have a derpy headmaster making his way over with a plate of food.

"Having a bit of trouble are we? It's always so hard to decide what to take." A frown forms on his features.

"You should try the chocolates. They're rather good. Ah, well, that is if you like chocolate." A small laugh escapes him as he looks back at her.

sorry for late, midterms orz;;;

For better or for worse, Akiha doesn't consider herself any more than an educated young woman of upper class. ...Which also happens to be a chief cause of the problem: it's because she's used to attending formal gatherings that a casual one would throw her off, so piled on top of knowing how much work she has to do in order to adapt, she still gets disorients sometimes as a result. ...Not that she would want this to show. It doesn't matter how much she misses help and friends from home, or how unskilled she was with ordinary chores. She'll just have to learn in order to continue holding her own.

It's also because she's still considering all these issues that she doesn't notice him looking, nor coming over. It's with a small start that she snaps out of it when he addresses her, and while the transition of surprise to courtesy was done very quickly, her coolness does seem a tad forced, at first anyway.

"Oh, I just haven't seen so many varieties before." A bit flimsy of an excuse, but as the seconds tick by and the conversation progresses, she's readily regaining her footing. "I don't have chocolates often, but I don't mind it. Are these all made by people living here?" Now that she thinks about it, the guide did mention food restocking, but just how far would that apply? What about the economic system of Luceti, if applicable? If there's no currency, do people barter in that case? ...Hm, this'll be fine. There are plenty of topics to talk about so that she doesn't lapse into carelessness again.

Helios regards her with a curious air. "Really? Well you've landed yourself in the rest place at least. With so many different worlds and so many different foods you can come to expect a wide variety of lots of things there." Helios chuckles before clearing his throat and nodding.

"Ah, yes, actually. Most things have been made by the residents. Or taken from the ever stocked up store. It comes in handy when these sorts of parties roll around. Mm. Would you like to try anything?" He motions to the large assortment before the two of them a smile on his face as he does so.
