Who: Everyone!
What: Thanksgiving + New Feather party.
When: Evening of the 20th.
Where: School cafeteria, nicely done up.
Summary: There's food. And there's also board games, are you game for some Snakes and Ladders?
Rating: Let's put this all over the board. Strange stuff can happen, man.
[Thanksgiving may not be a familiar holiday to most in Luceti, but everyone understands potluck, at least! Hopefully. Preferably.

It's all done buffet-style as usual. Thanksgiving stuff greets you first when you grab a plate and get in line at the buffet lines (food and drink provided by everyone, Thanksgiving stuff courtesy of the Welcome Centre and Ginia). Though of course, don't think that you have to stand in a line while eating! There's tables and chairs for sitting and talking and— eating, obviously. Reach out and grab a drink! If you get one that's been prepared by the Welcome Centre, it's non-alcoholic. Can't really say the same for anything else brought by others, so you may want to be careful. Y'know, just in case.

Huh...that is kind of weird. Animals definitely don't talk where I'm from.

Oh... that's strange. Only some do in Hyrule, but lots do in Luceti.

Really? I haven't heard any of the Luceti animals talk. [~~Maybe if you stopped eating all the time, you'd be able to hear them over the sound of your chewing.~~]

I think they're supposed to! Or they always talked and now we can just hear them properly. I've heard Epona talk sometimes!

[Just the occasional, 'thank you' here and there, but the first time he did, he nearly fell in her water trough in sheer surprise.]

Epona...?

She's my horse! She lives in the stables - they're between community house seven and house forty-two.

Oh, okay! I've probably seen her before, then, and just didn't know it. I've always wanted to go horseback riding, but I never get much free time as a Hero...

Really? I got to ride all the time... [He shrugs a little.] If she lets you, maybe I can teach you how.

That'd be great if you could! But...you're already teaching me swordfighting and archery, so that might be a lot, wouldn't it?

Well, these wouldn't be official lessons. They'd just be for fun!

[Everyone's gotta horse-ride, dude.]

Oh, okay. Well...in that case, maybe we could take some time from my other lessons to try it out?

[Yeah, laughing a little sheepishly at that.] It will be. Epona's started liking people a lot more, anyway.

How'd you get her? [There's no way people can keep horses in a place like Sternbild.]

I asked Sir Catherine! He was letting people get their pets back. And she's more of a friend than a pet but he let her come anyway.

Well...that was nice of him, then. [She makes a mental note to see if maybe someday she could get Slowpoke to come here.] I look forward to meeting her!
