It's cold out there today, isn't it? Sure, it's not snowing but once you get into the Battle Dome, it'll be comfortably warmer. Warmer, not warm. Follow the tiny paper arrows and you'll probably find yourself in, well...summer!

It certainly looks convincing enough (a pool, a volleyball court, deck chairs, everything that you'd think you'd find at a pool party) and feels convincing enough (take off that coat! Aren't you hot?) so why not not step in? The barbecue's sizzling and there's some nice cold drinks at the cooler.

C'mon in, the water's awesome!

[Akito's kind of amazed when he walks in and it suddenly goes from really cold to warm. That people can do this seems strange to him, coming from a world of no magic.

While he's normally friendly and outgoing, being in a new place that has new rules is making him a little shy. He does get a drink though, and looks around at all the people present. Are some of them...not human?

He is never going to get used to this place is he.

Find him wandering around or hovering near whatever food there is and trying not to die of happy. Food is good]

Sorry, neh. [Moves out of the way] I guess I forgot that other people might want some, eheh... [Sheepish, rubbing his neck]

[Whoa, weird eye patch. Reminds him of that one guy, but not as cool looking. He actually has his eyes linger on that a moment too long before grunting some agreement to head past him to the food.

...and then he pauses to look back again, wait-]

Yeah, no problem.

[...Social. This is supposed to be social...

Rin's tail wags a bit. Enjoying the freedom. But. Mostly he's stuck on what to say next]

[Blinks at this, then smiles a little]

It's not for the reason you probably think, the eyepatch. [He's has some unusual reactions to a kid his age having one]
