It's cold out there today, isn't it? Sure, it's not snowing but once you get into the Battle Dome, it'll be comfortably warmer. Warmer, not warm. Follow the tiny paper arrows and you'll probably find yourself in, well...summer!

It certainly looks convincing enough (a pool, a volleyball court, deck chairs, everything that you'd think you'd find at a pool party) and feels convincing enough (take off that coat! Aren't you hot?) so why not not step in? The barbecue's sizzling and there's some nice cold drinks at the cooler.

C'mon in, the water's awesome!

Giles all but flinches at the question. For a second, his gaze ticks down to his reflection - normal enough but, then again, to him it always was. Then he seems to remember Yun, and looks back up at her with an embarrassed smile.

"I've been worse off."

Dhaos' influence is gone. He's a dragon once the sun sets, of course, but he really has been worse off.

And Yun is still smiling patiently when he does remember she's there. She sets her drink aside and idly kicks her feet in the pool, though not enough to cause a splash.
