It's cold out there today, isn't it? Sure, it's not snowing but once you get into the Battle Dome, it'll be comfortably warmer. Warmer, not warm. Follow the tiny paper arrows and you'll probably find yourself in, well...summer!

It certainly looks convincing enough (a pool, a volleyball court, deck chairs, everything that you'd think you'd find at a pool party) and feels convincing enough (take off that coat! Aren't you hot?) so why not not step in? The barbecue's sizzling and there's some nice cold drinks at the cooler.

C'mon in, the water's awesome!

Hey, Kouki! It's good to see you here. Isn't this place great?

[ Hello, blue haired guy! Ryoji waves at him, grinning. ]

Yep, it's pretty great! Enjoying the sunshine and the beach in the middle of winter.

[He laughs a bit at that.]

It's definitely something you don't expect, but it's really cool that this building can do that!

[ Guess who's going to want to come play around with it! ... this is probably a bad idea. ]

It's like a hot spring, only sunny!

[ He's... never actually been to the beach, exactly. ]

[A very bad idea... ~~can kou watch~~]

A hot spring? I could see that, but the water's not always hot!

The pool over there is pretty warm, though! Not as warm as the hot spring, but it's so warm in here, that's okay.

Yep. [Glance at it, then back at Ryoji.] Gonna go in?

Definitely! [ He laughs. ] Are you?

Of course! [His smile grows wider.] Wanna race to it?

You're on!

Let's go!

[ And with that, he's off! Who will splash in first? Or will it be a tie? ]

[Well, Kouki's pretty quick on his feet! Unless...it ends in a tie!?

SPLASH]

[ A tie it is!

It's a huge splash, but when Ryoji surfaces to look at Kouki, he's laughing.

... and then he splashes Kouki. ]

[The splashes surprised him. Blinking, then he laughs and splash back. Splash fight!]

[ All the splashing!

Though it's hard to laugh and get splashed in the face with water at the same time. Still, Ryoji thinks it's fun anyway!

Also, wings are surprisingly useful for splash fights, even if they aren't that big. ]

[Surprisingly so. Seeing what Ryoji's doing, Kouki copies him with his black wings.

There's a wide smile on his face. Clearly, he's enjoying this fight.]

[ Copy-cat! ... maybe with the earphones that should have been expected.

But alas, even if they really enjoy the fight, they're not the only ones using the pool. If they're lucky, though, no one will tell them off, though they're probably already getting glares.

... too bad Ryoji, at least, is totally oblivious!

He ducks under the water for a moment to burst upward, doing his best to scoop a waterfall on top of Kouki. ]

I kid, I kid, but there's an opening!]

[ The ~~extra turn~~ opening, however, is not taken as Ryoji is too busy laughing, delighted by the reaction to his critical hit. ]

[After getting over his surprise, Kouki can't help but join Ryoji and laughs.]

That was fun! Also, you have a nice laugh. [ This is a very important thing that Ryoji clearly must inform Kouki of. ]

[He laughs a bit.] Thanks! Kinda nice to hear that. [Either he laughs earnestly or pull out the Evil Demon King's Laugh (TM).]

Of course! Though sometimes villain laughs in movies are kind of fun. I don't know if anyone actually laughs like that, though...
