It's cold out there today, isn't it? Sure, it's not snowing but once you get into the Battle Dome, it'll be comfortably warmer. Warmer, not warm. Follow the tiny paper arrows and you'll probably find yourself in, well...summer!

It certainly looks convincing enough (a pool, a volleyball court, deck chairs, everything that you'd think you'd find at a pool party) and feels convincing enough (take off that coat! Aren't you hot?) so why not not step in? The barbecue's sizzling and there's some nice cold drinks at the cooler.

C'mon in, the water's awesome!

Something like that, none of the swimsuits caught my eye.

[More like she wasn't comfortable showing that much skin]

[Somehow, she guesses why...but then again, Chitose's formality is clue enough for her to have an idea why. But still.]

I guess they didn't have that much of choice in winter. It isn't every day that someone goes swimming when it's snowing out.

However, I am surprised that others managed to find a swimsuit that they liked.

I was wondering when you'd ask. All right, come with me! It's closer to the entrance anyway.

[Tra la la, following Rise to the entrance]

So Kujikawa-san, how long have you been in Luceti?

Oh, hmm— around one and a half years, I guess. Why?

[Her eyes widen]

Goodness! And you managed to survive in a place such as this?

It's not too dangerous a place to stay in...most of the time.

It sounds like that, doesn't it? We thought so too, at first.

Mmm...[she pauses to navigate through a tiny crowd.] It definitely hit, I remember that. All of us kinda blacked out...

...and when we woke up again, everything was okay.

Doesn't sound like fun, huh?

Then what was the whole purpose if nothing happened? To invoke fear?

I dunno. Maybe...none of the Malnosso mentioned it even after that.

[But-- here they are! Look, there's a line of hairdryers. This is a weird simulation, don't ask.]

That is rather odd.

[And behold, she sees a line of hairdryers! As Chitose leaned in closer to look at it, she looks back at Rise] How does it work?

Here, I'll show you.

[She swipes her wrist dry on a patch of dry skin on her knee and picks up one of the hairdryers. She motions for Chitose to come closer.]

[And she does so and leans closer to see what happens next]

[Switch on...!

Rise's not mean enough to direct the hot air at Chitose's face, though. She's polite, okay.]

Give me your hand.

[For a moment, Chitose was rather surprised at the sudden gust of hot air coming from the hairdryer. She was hesitate to go near it but she eventually gave Rise her hand]

[And Rise will turn the hot air onto her wrist. Not too close, but enough for her to feel it.]

Feel it? You just put this on your hair and it'll dry.
