Summary: IT'S A SUMMER PARTY
Rating: Worksafe, I reckon!
It's cold out there today, isn't it? Sure, it's not snowing but once you get into the Battle Dome, it'll be comfortably warmer. Warmer, not warm. Follow the tiny paper arrows and you'll probably find yourself in, well...summer!

It certainly looks convincing enough (a pool, a volleyball court, deck chairs, everything that you'd think you'd find at a pool party) and feels convincing enough (take off that coat! Aren't you hot?) so why not not step in? The barbecue's sizzling and there's some nice cold drinks at the cooler.

C'mon in, the water's awesome!

Not really... I'm not very athletic, so I don't think I'd be able to play a game even if I wanted to. [She has good reflexes! But that doesn't change the fact that she gets tired easily.

[Wow someone who actually doesn't just go ahead and offer it. She's more or less getting used to that, but even then it still is kind of awkward for her, so.. But she nods.]

Okay! But um... [She looks back at the ball and.. what to do with this thing. Should she just leave it somewhere or...]

[He sees her indecision...] Someone else will want it.

[so just leave it anywhere.]

[In that case, she'll go ahead and leave it by one of the deck chairs.

[Let's be off! To the refreshments table...]

[Refreshments table ahoy..! Nagisa will just take some water for herself dododo..]

[Wow only water, really.... But Minato picks up a can of grape soda and then turns back to Nagisa.]

Let's circle the party. I'm not sure how far out we can walk.

[Don't judge; it's healthier than soda!

But she nods.] Okay! I'll follow you.

[Well then, around the pool they go. They pass a few palm trees rustling in an artificial wind. It's really an impressive simulation.]

Did you live near the ocean at home, Nagisa-san?

[Nagisa's amazed with the simulation, really. She's never been in the Battle Dome before anyway so she had no idea it could do something like this.]

No, the ocean's not that close to where I live in Hikarizaka.. It's not too far away by train though. What about you, Minato?

[Well...] Port Island is an artificial island.

Ohh... So you have the ocean all around you there, don't you? That sounds like it must be very nice.

It's not really far from shore, though. The school dormitories are on the mainland.

I see! Even then though, it must be nice.. Do you go to the beach a lot at home? [Since it's not far and all..]

Not really. There wasn't a good "beach" like in Luceti. [Just concrete and harbors.]

But it's nice to look at the water.

I see... So there must have been a lot of boats around then, right? [That's kind of cool.]
