Who: Everyone. New Feathers! Old Feathers...?
What: New Feather welcome party.
When: 18th, 6 pm onwards.
Where: Welcome Centre.
Summary: This is a party. There's food and games (if you like) but the idea behind it is basically to mingle mingle mingle. Maybe make a new friend/enemy/frenemy or two?
Rating: G-PG 13 at most? There might be kids in these things, man.

The all-day rain outside makes the entire atmosphere a little drippy, a little wet, a little miserable. But rain or not, the party must go on! Or at least, so the saying goes.

It's a cosy little setup-- food, warm drinks, tables and chairs to lounge around in. So come on in, dry yourself off, have some fun. Why the hell not? The weather outside is frightful.

Minato will be reversing roles for once and staying awake to watch another person sleep. So, if Ryoji is too unresponsive for your tastes, maybe the lineface guy standing nearby with a drink will be a better conversationalist.]

[Aqua's too polite to wake a sleeping friend 8( but she's worried, so she heads over and politely asks the boy next to him:]

He's still having trouble staying awake?

[ Hopefully his handler doesn't mind being used as a pillow!

... because Ryoji totally does this, after a bout of wakefulness and conversations, he sort of -- leans against Minato, probably when Minato decides to do his 'I'm going to lurk on the sidelines and wait for people to come interact with me' act. Ryoji tries to be all cool and lean against the wall, too, but he mostly just winds up slumping sideways a bit against Minato.

He's starting to get a bit tired of this sleeping thing. Or at least he would be, if he were awake... ]

[oh you... hey, if he's going to sleep, at least sit down. It's impossible to keep him standing up on his own. Minato tries to guide him back over to a chair.]

[ Well, once they start moving, Ryoji wakes up again, a little startled. He quickly looks sheepish. ]

I'm sorry, Minato. I keep doing this to you...

You carried me home before. It's fine. [even if he still thinks Ryoji should've stayed in bed instead of coming here...]

Not really. [here, have a seat bro.] You should head back if it's getting worse, though.

[ Ryoji nods and does actually take the seat, yawning and looking up at Minato. ] Thank you.

... but it's not getting worse! I'm actually less sleepy than I was yesterday.

That's good. You're probably tired of sleeping now.

[ Ryoji laughs at it instead of ignoring it. ] A little. Wow, I didn't think it was possible to get tired of anything, but I guess I know better now.

I will! But I want to meet more new people first... Is it always like this when new people come?
