Who: Everyone. New Feathers! Old Feathers...?
What: New Feather welcome party.
When: 18th, 6 pm onwards.
Where: Welcome Centre.
Summary: This is a party. There's food and games (if you like) but the idea behind it is basically to mingle mingle mingle. Maybe make a new friend/enemy/frenemy or two?
Rating: G-PG 13 at most? There might be kids in these things, man.

The all-day rain outside makes the entire atmosphere a little drippy, a little wet, a little miserable. But rain or not, the party must go on! Or at least, so the saying goes.

It's a cosy little setup-- food, warm drinks, tables and chairs to lounge around in. So come on in, dry yourself off, have some fun. Why the hell not? The weather outside is frightful.

This might seem a little rude in asking, but... um... Does your name happen to be Fluttershy?

I learned about most of you from Rainbow Dash. I'm Luca. It's nice to finally meet you in person-- um... face-to-face, Fluttershy.

[Don't be scared! He's. He's nice!]

[Don't take it personally, she's scared of everything.]

Oh, well, it's very nice to meet you as well... I'm glad that Rainbow's made so many friends here.

She's quite the character. Last I heard, she was starting up a club that anyone who isn't a human could join...

[For all intents and purposes, he's human.]

My... that sounds like something she'd do.

[More or less. It's not like they deal with nonponies very often back home, but considering how much the humans dominate this place, she can understand Rainbow wanting a way to stand out a little. Or rather, in a different way...]

It certainly makes her stand out. She's also done a lot for Luceti - cloud sculptures and snow sculptures and things like that. She's quite talented.

Oh, yes, she's very talented. I've never seen a more amazing flier in my whole life. [That, Fluttershy could never argue against. She's always been proud of her friend.] Has she ever done a Sonic Rainboom here?

What's it look like? [He hasn't been around for many of her shows, but...]

I don't think a description would do it justice! But, um... I'll try. It's when she flies so fast that the air around her creates this- this burst of colour, like her body creates a rainbow all by itself! It's a beautiful sight.

[Hmmm, has he ever seen that...]

I don't know if I've seen it myself, but she probably has. She seems like kind of a show off at times.

...Oh... I guess she can be a little, sometimes... but she's really a very kind pony! She's known for her loyalty to her friends, after all.

She reminds me a lot of my best friend, Spada. I don't think he'd like being compared to a pony though.

Oh, he wouldn't? Why is that?

Ponies are kind of... girly, I guess?

[Also, you're really cute. Guys aren't cute.]

R...really? But there are lots of boy ponies, too, and they're not girly at all!

Well, hm... [...how does he explain this without offending anyone..?] It's just what we think of when we think of ponies. Children also tend to ride ponies back home.

Oh, well that's alright. I like children!

[Though she can't really envision people-children... she needs to meet a few herself first.]

Children usually like ponies, too. Yostuba'd probably really like you guys, actually.

Is that... a friend of yours?

Uh huh. She's someone I met here in Luceti... She's a little girl with hair like a four leaf clover. [No that's all he can think to describe it as.] She's very friendly and excitable.

A four-leaf clover? Oh my, is she lucky too?

She certainly seems so.

That's amazing! I never knew hair could be so powerful.

Maybe if you spend enough time with her, some of that luck would rub off on you? If her hair's really that powerful.
