Who: Everyone. New Feathers! Old Feathers...?
What: New Feather welcome party.
When: 18th, 6 pm onwards.
Where: Welcome Centre.
Summary: This is a party. There's food and games (if you like) but the idea behind it is basically to mingle mingle mingle. Maybe make a new friend/enemy/frenemy or two?
Rating: G-PG 13 at most? There might be kids in these things, man.

The all-day rain outside makes the entire atmosphere a little drippy, a little wet, a little miserable. But rain or not, the party must go on! Or at least, so the saying goes.

It's a cosy little setup-- food, warm drinks, tables and chairs to lounge around in. So come on in, dry yourself off, have some fun. Why the hell not? The weather outside is frightful.

[Rapunzel is good at strange conversations. At least she's pleasant!]

That must be nice. Mine definitely gets tangled a lot. But that's probably because of everything I use it for.

Oh, yes! Do you want me to show you?

[She glances around the room--aha! There's a chair a reasonably far distance away, and no people in the way. Rapunzel de-braids a length of her hair and twists it around in her hands before whipping it into a lassoing and tossing it easily around the chair.

She reels it in.] Not bad, huh?

weird, actually. He claps anyway, because it's also amazing.]

And it doesn't hurt?

[She bows. Thank you, thank you, she'll be here all week.]

Nope! Not at all. I think I'm just used to it.

You've never cut it?

[She shakes her head.] Nope, never!

[Wowwww...]

It reminds me of that story, Rapunzel. You know, about the girl who was taken away from her parents at birth by a witch and imprisoned in a tall tower? Her hair grew for years and years, and she always wished she could leave the tower and see the world.

[...O-oh. Well, this is awkward. It isn't the first she's heard about the fairy tale, but those are, hm, some...interesting details...

She laughs nervously, twirling her hair in her fingers.] Oh, yeah...? I think I could see why you'd think that, maybe...

[...Did he... hit a sore spot..? Umm..] ...If you don't mind me asking, um... What's your name?

My name? Oh--it's Rapunzel. Sorry, I forgot to introduce myself.

[He just wanted to know to clarify his suspicions.] I see. Um... I'm Luca. Luca Milda. It's nice to meet you, Rapunzel.

[H-haha oh dear, this probably seemed very strange, didn't it.] It's nice to meet you, too, Luca! Umm--have you been in Luceti long?

[Subject change!]

[Good change!]

About five months or so, I guess. I was here a few times before, but never stayed very long. What about you?

[Aha!] Oh, you were? I've only been here a few weeks now, but I was here once before, too. I don't remember anything about that time, though.

[Well, people rarely did.] I... I think I was here before the first time I remembered arriving, but I don't remember anything from then either. No one's commented about it in the stretch of time that I've been around, though, so I guess I must've not be too noteworthy.

[She sort of wishes she could say the same. She feels bad for forgetting so many people.] It's pretty strange, don't you think? That sometimes people remember, and sometimes they don't.

Yeah. I wonder why that is...
