Who: Everyone. New Feathers! Old Feathers...?
What: New Feather welcome party.
When: 18th, 6 pm onwards.
Where: Welcome Centre.
Summary: This is a party. There's food and games (if you like) but the idea behind it is basically to mingle mingle mingle. Maybe make a new friend/enemy/frenemy or two?
Rating: G-PG 13 at most? There might be kids in these things, man.

The all-day rain outside makes the entire atmosphere a little drippy, a little wet, a little miserable. But rain or not, the party must go on! Or at least, so the saying goes.

It's a cosy little setup-- food, warm drinks, tables and chairs to lounge around in. So come on in, dry yourself off, have some fun. Why the hell not? The weather outside is frightful.

[ Mostly they are. But Helios is always a bit jumpy when there's almost violence commited on his person. He'll be back to normal in no time don't worry Harry! ] Oh! Well. I was just...helping out with, with setting up the party and things like that.

[ Helios sighs. Relax, yes, he is going to try and do that now. ] I-I suppose you're right. It is a party after all.

[ He manages a small smile. ]

"That's the spirit. Come on, let's go see if there's beer."

I clapped him on the shoulder, realized that if he was a jittery guy he might not appreciate being clapped on the shoulder, and hastily withdrew my hand with a slightly apologetic grin.

"B-Beer...oh! I-I don't usually drink." Though at that hand on his shoulder he bites back a hiss only stiffening up very noticeably at that. Helios just lets out a shaky laugh when Harry pulls his hand away. His expression is one of apology and gratitude for the other removing his hand.

"S-Sorry. I-I'm just not used to..." to physical contact. Yes. It's really not that hard to tell. Still Helios looks sheepish and slightly awkwardly embarrassed about the whole thing. Ah. His phobias make things so difficult sometimes.

"I don't know if, if there's any beer on hand though." But they can see if there is. Usually these things don't have alcoholic beverages simply because of the younger residents around.

"Ah, probably just as well, I think there's kids around. Hmm. Maybe settle for some coffee, then."

And we're just going to go right ahead as if I hadn't made an ass of myself, shall we?
