Who: Everyone. New Feathers! Old Feathers...?
What: New Feather welcome party.
When: 18th, 6 pm onwards.
Where: Welcome Centre.
Summary: This is a party. There's food and games (if you like) but the idea behind it is basically to mingle mingle mingle. Maybe make a new friend/enemy/frenemy or two?
Rating: G-PG 13 at most? There might be kids in these things, man.

The all-day rain outside makes the entire atmosphere a little drippy, a little wet, a little miserable. But rain or not, the party must go on! Or at least, so the saying goes.

It's a cosy little setup-- food, warm drinks, tables and chairs to lounge around in. So come on in, dry yourself off, have some fun. Why the hell not? The weather outside is frightful.

[Rapunzel had been a little startled by the bunny, to be honest. But she's sure it's really a good animal!]

That's so neat! Did you have other pets? [It would make sense, considering how much she seems to like animals.]

Not quite pets, but at the cottage where I lived, I took care of many different kinds of animals! Squirrels, seals, kitties, mice, turtles, chickens, and dozens of wonderful birds, too! There were so many animals, I could hardly count them all.

That sounds like a wonderful way to spend your time! They must have liked you very much.

[And Rapunzel can see why! Fluttershy is so nice and quiet. Pascal isn't always thrilled about Rapunzel's new friends, but he does certainly seem to like her.]

Oh, well, I certainly hope so. Although I think I frustrate Angel quite a bit. I can be a troublemaker sometimes, you see.

[YOU CAN SEE IT, RIGHT.]

[...Yeah no, Rapunzel cannot see it.]

...Really? You? How so?

Well... sometimes I worry so much about leaving the house, I end up making myself late... Angel's had to lock me out a few times because of it.

[See? She is the worst, just the worst.]

[Rapunzel, who has never really had to worry about being on time for anything ever, doesn't quite see the problem.]

Don't you...like to leave your house? [Because she thinks going outside is kind of the greatest thing ever.]

Oh, I do! Of course I do, I just... um... I get nervous about going to large gatherings or... or parties. And I was going to meet with a princess...

[Wait, really?] You were going to meet...a princess? What was she like?

[The idea of seeing royalty is really amazing to her, okay. ;A;]

She was very nice. And- and beautiful, and so regal, too. She's the kind of princess any pony can be proud of as ruler.

[Yep, this sounds exactly like what Rapunzel would expect from a princess.]

How come you got to meet her? You must be very important to know someone like that!

Oh, no... I'm not important at all. But one of my friends is a student of the princess, so... I was able to meet her because of that.

[Oh, pshaw, Rapunzel is sure you've very important, Fluttershy. To meet a princess, you have to be!] I didn't know princesses had students...is she learning to be a princess, too?

No, that isn't it. Twilight is a unicorn, so she's learning magic.

[Her eyes light up.] Oh, I've read stories about unicorns! But they aren't supposed to be real. Your friend really is one? A magic one?

[Oh dear, this again? It's so strange to hear it... how could a world have ponies and not unicorns or pegasi?]

Unicorns do exist! At least, on my world, they do... I have two friends who are unicorns, and the princess is one, too.

[Well, of course the princess is a unicorn! That only makes sense that the grandest pony in the land should be a magical creature like that.]

That's...soooo neat! Your world sounds amazing, Fluttershy.

[She's even a unicorn-pegasus it's like twice the grand.]

Oh, well... I don't know about that, but I do love it... it's a wonderful place to live.

[Seriously. If only Rapunzel knew what a pegasus was.]

Are any of your friends here, too? I'd love to meet them!

Um, yes, actually, I think they might be here... at least, I know a few of them are. My friends Rarity and Rainbow Dash have lived in the village for a while, and Applejack and Pinkie Pie just arrived.

[If their names are anything to go by, the must be the most spectacular of friends.]

Do you think I could meet them sometime? Would that...be alright?

Oh, of course! I'm sure they wouldn't mind at all. I'd be happy to introduce you to them.

Really? That would be great! I can't wait to meet them.

[She wants to be friends with all the ponies. Maybe they even sing!]

I'll ask them the next time I see them! I'm sure they'll like you, too. I bet Rarity would just love all your hair...

[Goodness, and who wouldn't? It really is... long. But more beautiful than any hair she's ever seen.]

You think so? [She runs a hand over her braided head. Suddenly, impressing ponies seems like a big deal.] Well, I'm sure I'll love her hair, too!
