Who: Everyone. New Feathers! Old Feathers...?
What: New Feather welcome party.
When: 18th, 6 pm onwards.
Where: Welcome Centre.
Summary: This is a party. There's food and games (if you like) but the idea behind it is basically to mingle mingle mingle. Maybe make a new friend/enemy/frenemy or two?
Rating: G-PG 13 at most? There might be kids in these things, man.

The all-day rain outside makes the entire atmosphere a little drippy, a little wet, a little miserable. But rain or not, the party must go on! Or at least, so the saying goes.

It's a cosy little setup-- food, warm drinks, tables and chairs to lounge around in. So come on in, dry yourself off, have some fun. Why the hell not? The weather outside is frightful.

It was pretty nice, actually, even if the whole floor had to share a kitchen. I wouldn't mind staying in one again, but I hope I won't have to do it.

That sounds... interesting. I think I'm going to have that problem at the house i'm staying at.

As long as your housemates aren't big eaters, you'll probably be fine.

Maybe not alone, but when we're all together? [She laughs, trying to make a joke.]

[He chuckles - most of his friends eat a lot on their own, but combined...] I see. You must have really good friends.

[personal profile] phasingthrough 2012-04-08 07:36 pm (UTC)(link)
They're really more like family. I mean, we've been through a lot together.

Oh, I know how you feel. That's how I think of my friends, too. I wonder if they feel the same way.

[personal profile] phasingthrough 2012-04-10 12:59 am (UTC)(link)
I'm sure they do. You can't really be family if they don't think so too.

What if I'm the only one who thinks that we're all getting along like that, though? [it's happened before. trust.]

[personal profile] phasingthrough 2012-04-14 02:37 am (UTC)(link)
Well, that's not cool. It kinda sounds like they're tricking you or something.

[personal profile] subsultive 2012-04-14 06:11 pm (UTC)(link)
Or like I'm tricking myself. But-- like you said, they probably think of me the same way.

[personal profile] phasingthrough 2012-04-15 02:01 am (UTC)(link)
Hey! You shouldn't think that way. I'm sure they feel the same. [She wants to hug you now!]

Uh huh. [Hee. No, he's happy, look. Smiles. It gives him fuzzy feelings to think about his friendsfamily.]

[personal profile] phasingthrough 2012-04-15 10:29 pm (UTC)(link)
Good. Besides, you probably make friends really easily. You seem really nice.

U-Um... [He's totally not used to getting complimented by pretty chicks.] Thank you. I guess I have an easier time with it than others...

[personal profile] phasingthrough 2012-04-17 11:33 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, I think you're friendly.

[personal profile] subsultive 2012-04-19 02:42 am (UTC)(link)
You're pretty friendly yourself.

[personal profile] phasingthrough 2012-04-20 12:49 am (UTC)(link)
[AWW!! That means a lot to her.]

Thanks.
