Who: Everyone. New Feathers! Old Feathers...?
What: New Feather welcome party.
When: 18th, 6 pm onwards.
Where: Welcome Centre.
Summary: This is a party. There's food and games (if you like) but the idea behind it is basically to mingle mingle mingle. Maybe make a new friend/enemy/frenemy or two?
Rating: G-PG 13 at most? There might be kids in these things, man.

The all-day rain outside makes the entire atmosphere a little drippy, a little wet, a little miserable. But rain or not, the party must go on! Or at least, so the saying goes.

It's a cosy little setup-- food, warm drinks, tables and chairs to lounge around in. So come on in, dry yourself off, have some fun. Why the hell not? The weather outside is frightful.

[Rapunzel digs Pascal out of her hair--look, look, Pascal! It's like a bigger, non-color-changing version of you!]

This is Pascal. He's my pet! But he does have teeth.

Ooh! Hi there, Pascal!

[Pinkie quickly transfers Gummy to the top of her head, then leans in close so the two can interact. Gummy mostly interacts by blinking and opening his mouth, exposing his toothless smile.]

Look, Gummy! You've got yourself a new friend!

[And Pascal mostly gives Gummy a scrutinizing look. What the heck is that thing even.]

I'm sure they'll be great friends! Right, Pascal?

Exactly! [SHE IS SO HAPPY FOR THEM. And for herself, too.] Maybe there are even more scaly green pets around here--and they can all be friends!

I am officially in love with these two.

Me too. They are going to be the best of friends.

Exactly! I've never thrown a party before, but I'd like to try!

[This is a troubling concern! This poor monkey girl thing has never thrown a party before!?]

That's terrible! How can anypony live without throwing a party? We need to throw one as soon as possible!

[Pinkie. We're at a party. Calm down.]

[Rapunzel nods. Clearly, this is very urgent. And Rapunzel wants to become a party-thrower! She would like that very much.]

Okay! Right! So...how do we throw one?

We have lots to do! Themes to pick, decorations to make, cakes to bake~! Not to mention finding a place to throw the party. Then we can invite everypony we know!

Oh! Baking! I definitely know how to do that. I think I can make some decorations, too...

[They will likely be somewhat beautiful and somewhat terrifying considering the party subject.]

We could have it at my place! And can we invite every person, too?
