Who: Everyone. New Feathers! Old Feathers...?
What: New Feather welcome party.
When: 18th, 6 pm onwards.
Where: Welcome Centre.
Summary: This is a party. There's food and games (if you like) but the idea behind it is basically to mingle mingle mingle. Maybe make a new friend/enemy/frenemy or two?
Rating: G-PG 13 at most? There might be kids in these things, man.

The all-day rain outside makes the entire atmosphere a little drippy, a little wet, a little miserable. But rain or not, the party must go on! Or at least, so the saying goes.

It's a cosy little setup-- food, warm drinks, tables and chairs to lounge around in. So come on in, dry yourself off, have some fun. Why the hell not? The weather outside is frightful.

[Ariel opens her mouth as if to say "ooh" in understanding, and she places her fingertips on the headphones. So this is how - ... oh. Ooh! She can hear the music!

She smiles wide, her head moving along with the beat. It's certainly different than the music she's used to, but it's still music. And it's still enjoyable, and... really, she just looks so enthralled. She can hear music though these things!]

[He chuckles a bit, glad to see that she enjoys it.]

Yep, that's how I can listen to them.

[Oh, she certainly enjoys it. In fact, she twirls, even though it's not all that graceful and she almost loses her balance, and she holds her arms out to her sides. Oh, she loves dancing to things like this! And it's right there, on her ears! This is amazing!]

[He laughs, watching her twirl...until the cord connecting to his headphones got tangled up from her spinning.]

[Ariel spins a few more times, a hand lifting up her dress at her side a bit, none the wiser -

Until she feels one of her arms trap itself against her side. She opens her eyes and suddenly stops, one arm up in the air while the other remains against her side. What did - oooh. It's the... string. Thing.

She looks up at Kouki with a sheepish smile before she rolls her eyes to the side, her smile fading in favor of something like a "whoops" expression. Aaah this is not good.]

Ah...it's alright. We just gotta untangle you from them now.

[He hold his end of the cord, ready to unwrap it from around Ariel. Then, he lift it up and start freeing her from it, the cord moving up and around her.]

[She'll just stand and watch, seeming rather caught up in that cord. What... exactly is it, anyway? Is that what the music goes through? ... And how does it even do that?]

[After a moment, Kouki freed Ariel from his cord.]
