Her shoulders squared. "Huh."

"And he was buddy-buddy with Willow which means he must've gone back to...oh."

A slight frown. "He's not home right now, is he? Maybe we should -- hmm. Stroll on the beach?"

"I'm game if you are." He (needlessly) lifted her down from the counter.

And she (needlessly) allowed this -- but left her hands on his arms. Now that things were slowly righting themselves, she hardly wanted to let go.

"I'm...very game. All kinds of game."
