I only just got up, so I haven't had the chance to talk to her yet. But... I think she's okay.

[Well, he hopes so, anyway. He'll have to go find her and talk to her later on and find out for sure, of course.]

I hope she's okay. I think for people like her, they got the worst off in the experiment.

Yeah, I agree. It must be rough. I'm going to talk to her later on about it to make sure everything's alright.

[Siiigh. Man, these experiments..]

[Atsuro's eyes just kinda shifted downward as they were talking about Ange, but he looks back up at Kouki's question.]

...What's it like, having Ange around? [As a friend from their world. He don't know what it's like, having her around, even if the memories are fake.]

Well... As a friend from our world like how it seemed during the experiment, or just normally here in Luceti?

It's basically the same either way, I guess. We would be acting the same way toward each other regardless of which it is. Just that when it felt like she was from our world, we felt a lot closer, you know? Since it seemed like we knew each other for so long and all. And because we "met" through being bullied, we had something to relate to as well. [But of course, all of that had been fake sooo..]

...Are you glad for it?

[It might be fake, but during the experiment, it feels real.]

[Hmmm.] Well, do you mean during the experiment, or now?

During the experiment, but now can count if you like.

Oh. Well, now, I guess it isn't too bad? I mean, it's a weird feeling, going from feeling like you've known someone for years to realizing you've only known them for a few months. So I can't really say. [He's kinda happy in a way since it's like... they were better friends..?! Or something. He doesn't get it much himself.]

At the time though, it seemed completely normal, you know? Since it felt like I was used to it and all. But.. I guess I was kind of happy? It did feel like we were close friends, after all. [Which is always nice.]

[Meanwhile, he got along better with Saten. A reminder of his position, as well as the obvious weakness he still carry with him. Keeping Atsuro close to him, when he shouldn't afford to.

After a thoughtful pause, Kouki pops up another question.]

Which leads me to my next question. Ange and Yuzu, how do you compare them?

[Atsuro just... makes a face at that.]

[What kind of question is that, Kouki... How do they even compare... But Atsuro thinks for a moment, and then finally says:]

W-well, they're completely different. I'm actually able to mess with Yoohoo, but whenever I do to Ange, she just turns it against me. [..Of course, Yuzu hits him but. Shh.]

So, basically...she doesn't get flustered as much?

Basically. If at all, really. I've never even seen her get flustered.
