Note: Booths can be labeled as separate comments! Just put [booth name] or something in the subject line so people can find top level comments easier. Work was probably started for it on the 22nd-23rd for labor purposes, sheltering things from the weather on the 24th, and the actual Fair is on the 25th-26th, so using any of those dates and figuring out where your characters are helping would be good. CHARACTERS ARE WELCOME TO TAG THE LOG FOR INTERACTING WITH OTHERS, NOT JUST BOOTHS, SO FEEL FREE TO TAG IN! Also a character who might not know what's going on is welcome to walk by and question it! And so forth.

I'll leave the descriptions up to you all as there probably isn't much that is too uniform about the displays, as everyone is encouraged to be creative about it. Think of it as something on a much smaller scale than the festival from a year ago, definitely, but how hard the characters worked isn't something I could define for each of you. That said there are plenty of unique sights, so enjoy browsing! Thank you!

Yes, that's right! Would you like to hear about Melfes?

[Well, he walked right into it, didn't he.]

Sure, Grune. Tell me all about it.

All right! [Here we go! She even straightens up a little before giving out her very important information.]

Melfes is a very nice place. Everyone here in Luceti lives on the Legacy, which is very pretty. [She points at the pictures of Werites Beacon and a few of the pictures of forests and mountains and so forth to illustrate.]

All kinds of people live there, like the Orerines [she points at a picture she drew of Norma] and the Ferines [she points at--oh, wait, Fenimore said not to say. She points at the Relares instead.] and the Oresoren! [Yes, those are pictures of otters in clothes. Why do you ask?]

You've told me a bit about the Legacy before, but it's nice to see it.

[He doesn't quite know what to say about that.] ...erm. Grune. You realize the Oresoren are otters, right?

Yes, that's right. Aren't they so cute?

[Totally seeing nothing wrong here.]

I...guess, but why are they dressed and everything?

Why wouldn't they be dressed?

[If they didn't wear clothes, then they would be cold.]

Because they're otters? Unless you mean to tell me they're something else.

No, that's what the Oresoren are. They aren't anything else.

[Draco you are so strange.]

...okay, and what do the Oresoren do? [It's okay, Grune. He knows he's strange, but this is even stranger.]

Oh, they do lots of things, like inventing and exploring and looking after Jay!

[What's so strange about inventor otters in clothes?]

[Oh nothing. Just, you know, everything. When Draco thinks otters, he thinks of Terri the patronus.]

Are there other creatures like them in the Legacy?

[She shakes her head.]

No, the Oresoren are special.

But how are they special?

[She's getting a bit confused again.]

Well, they're friendly and smart and kind. That's very special.

Don't you think most things are friendly and smart and kind though?

Oh. Well, that's because they are.

[If you're Grune, anyway.]

[Yeah, she has no idea what he's talking about.]

[Sigh. Oh Grune...please never change.] Ran out of time. Bit too focused on making sure Professor Sage's ran smoothly.

That was very kind of you, Draco. I'm sure that made her happy.

It certainly made her work go faster. I guess I'm just trying this thing where I use my magic to occasionally help. I'm not sure if I like it yet.

[Hearing that, she just beams.]

That's a wonderful idea! I hope you can keep doing it so you can help lots and lots of people!

We'll see if it's something I want to keep doing. There are some people that should just work things out themselves, after all.
