Summary: It's that special time when the Malnosso collect all their recent experiments and apply them all at once to measure effectiveness. Although invaluable as research, it tends to leave the subjects looking just a bit mad.

So there is a mod post and it pretty much tells you EVERYTHING you need to know. This is a second log so people can change up their effects and try something new, jump into the event late, or just avoid the impending CAPTCHA on the first log.

[Days 6-8]

[Rudy is normal! No, really. No effects from the experiment or anything. He'll be going around the village, running errands and such, or just being weirded out by all the strange things going on. His memory of the last five days is still kind of fuzzy, so he might need a little refresher for anyone that encountered him during that time.]

[Days 9-10]

[Still hit with a case of random teleportation. Both days Rudy will be blinking anywhere and everywhere into places you'd least expect: broom closets, chimneys, your shower, or maybe just interrupting whatever it is you're doing! Also, check under your bed. Trust me on this. Chances are, he is probably stuck there too. =|a]

Day 9

[Rin, getting up late on this fine day, has just gotten ready for her shower. Or well, rather, she turned the water on, forgot to put out a change of clothes, made her way back to her room, got some, and placed them on the counter of the bathroom. ...But now there's a shadow in the shower (getting wet props) she did not-

...Well at least she isn't undressed yet, just in what she sleeps in (shorts and a loose top) but her tail twitches a bit to curl behind her and-]

[Someone else has slept in a little late today too. Rudy, blissfully unaware of what happened, is just sleeping soundly in his new resting spot. Dreaming of typical weird dreaming things most people dream about and... rain?

Wait. It's raining? Rudy's pretty sure he hadn't slept outside last night. And maybe he's just hearing things in his sleep, but it sounded like someone was calling out to him too. Sleepily, the boy slowly opens his eyes... to see he fell asleep in a running shower. Nice.]

[... The shower? Wait, what. And oh dear what is that water--!

Yeah, he's so getting out of there now.]

...What are you doing in my shower.

[She's not totally dressed, but she's dressed enough to not be worried too much. More importantly is the fact there is a wet guy (and what's his state of dress?) coming out of her shower. How'd he get there? Her eyes narrow a bit, and she can't even... react strongly yet because too weird]

[Yeah, as he's stumbling out of there, he'll be landing face first on that floor. Ouch. Should have watched his step there. There's a reason to be careful when getting in and out of a shower and all.

When Rudy finally looks up, he'll be noticing something notably off. Namely that he didn't just fall asleep in his own shower (which is weird enough), but another person's entirely. A... A girl's shower, at that. With said girl looking right at him, and... probably none too pleased that he's in her shower, he's guessing.

...

Welp, what do. He's thankful he's decent enough, wearing a shirt and light pants at least. But it's hardly a saving grace when he's pretty much the equivalent of a cat dunked in water right now. It takes Rudy a moment to spit out an answer that's not just him stumbling over his own words out of panic. And embarrassment!]

I-I, um. Well. [pause.] ...don't know? [Aaawkward pause. ... Wait, that doesn't explain anything!] Ah, I mean--!

[Well it's a wet person who is looking awkward and flustered and coming out of her shower. He obviously didn't sneak in (probably) because she wasn't gone... that... long... which probably means that he just appeared in there. Looking down at him she's finding herself getting more flushed, which is awkward and all, but with a gulp she crouches (thankful she is in shorts and not a skirt sheesh) and offers a hand.]

Let's get you up, at least.

[The feeling is just as mutual, as Rudy is looking rather red himself. Out of sheer awkwardness. Fortunately, she doesn't seem to be upset? Which is better than nothing. So with a (wet) hand, he'll be awkwardly taking hers as he starts to pick himself up from the floor.]

T-Thanks, uh... [Quickly, he'll glance around the bathroom, because there's... still the issue of his being soaked (and probably making a mess).] Sorry to ask this right off, but do you have any towels I could, um... borrow real quick?

Uh, yeah, sure?

[...There's only one towel though. Given that they just moved in. It's there on the rack]

Day 10!

[Under your bed, you say? But Marie has no reason to check under her bed! Definitely not as soon as she wakes up in the morning. Heck, she's not even really in a rush to get out of bed. She opens her eyes, notices the light shining in through her window, and... rolls back over.

Just a few more minutes...!]

[Beware the dangerous and menacing Holmcross that lurks under unsuspecting beds, waiting for a chance to strike fear into peoples' hearts!

Actually, no, it's just Rudy, sleeping under someone's bed and once again totally unaware of what just happened. Rudy made sure to sleep with normal clothes on this time... especially after what happened yesterday morning. It might be uncomfortable, but it saves having to walk all the way back to his room to change. In case it, you know, ever happened again.

Unfortunately for today, his luck does not seem to be treating him well either. The first thing Rudy notices when he wakes up is that he's been sleeping face down on the floor. That's... not a good sign. Sleepily and without even realizing as he does it, he'll be lifting his head, then...

Thud!]

Marie opens her eyes wide, startled by that thud. ...if she didn't know any better, she'd think she felt it, too, but that's kind of strange. Cautiously, she sits up, looking around. Something definitely feels off here.]

Wincing, Rudy raises a hand to rub the back of his head where it'd struck against the bed frame. Was it just him, or did it just feel like something moved above him? ... Uh-oh. If there's something moving up there, that... meant someone is there. Or rather, Rudy is here. In a room with a fair-to-good chance of not being his own, if his track record from yesterday says anything. What do.]

[And now it's quiet. Suspicious! She doesn't see anything out of place, so she stands up... and against her better judgement, she decides to check under her bed.

She doesn't expect to see anything there. There's no reason for anything to be there!]

[Cecilia has enjoyed this experiment... experiment free, for the time being. But when Rudy gets teleported to under her bed...

[Beware the terrifying Holmcross that lurks beneath beds--Oh, nevermind it's just Rudy, stuck under Cecilia's bed like usual. Except this isn't a usual thing, randomly teleporting under people's beds.]

Of all places to find you, under my bed would have been my last guess. I know some very strange things are happening this week, do you think that is the cause?

[Welp, Rudy definitely knows that look. Which is why he'll just be hanging his head. while scratching the back of it. He's not trying to hide things from you, Ceci. Or at least, he doesn't mean to.]
