Summary: It's that special time when the Malnosso collect all their recent experiments and apply them all at once to measure effectiveness. Although invaluable as research, it tends to leave the subjects looking just a bit mad.

More studying. Mostly trying to work out another ice spell other than the shield one I started to get down. I got it to a functional level, even if that Helios guy says it could be more.

[And at that, a small shield made of ice forms in front of his palm. Concentrating on it, he holds that in place for maybe five seconds before allowing it to fall and then melt]
