[ Normally she might have been a little more surprised about it, but this Mercury is already different from the one she last saw either way - older, so.. she probably learned a new attack in all that time, right?

Besides, if she joins in now it should be okay, they should be able to take care of this.. ]

[ The light from her attack joins in, taking care of the ones Mercury's ice didn't get to. ]

[They've earned a moment to breathe, and Mercury risks a quick nod to Sailor Moon before heading over towards her.]

We probably don't have long before more will come.

.. Yes, I'm fine. [ A nod. Despite all her usual clumsiness, she can at least keep a stand in battle fairly well, even though she's been a while by now. ]

The same counts for you, right? We should keep looking out for each other with all this!

We will. Be ready for everything that comes.

Sailor Moon... Please understand this enemy isn't like before. They're very serious.

.. I know.. [ There's almost something pouty in her tone - she does know, after all, and she's being serious for once too. ]

Our enemies back home were pretty serious too though, you know..! It's just that here there's more of them at the same time.

I'm saying we may have to fight our hardest - and they aren't youma. It's to protect the people in Luceti.

I was going to fight my hardest either way! This is something important after all, and.. .. well, you probably saw it too, right? They made lots of people who can't actually fight come along too, so I want to try extra hard for their sakes as well.

I saw. [And didn't like it.] That's why, I'll definitely help you protect them. Making them come here was too cruel.

I agree. What were they thinking when they brought people like that here..?

I mean.. making us fight their battles is one thing, if it's for a good cause I wouldn't mind that, but bringing people like that here is definitely wrong!

I know that, but I can't send them back. So, what I want is to protect them while they're here. Keep them safe. And eventually, punish the Malnosso for what they do.

.. You're right. And.. I'm the same! I want to protect them too, no matter what, so.. the only thing we can do is fight together for it, right?

Just like we always did back home too, fighting for what's right!

That's right. We'll stop the cruel things that are happening here. Even if, right now, all we can do is protect a few people during these battles, it's a start.
