There will be a thread for interacting with NPCs, but they may not all go up at once, so keep an eye out for them.

Note: A log for the events in the village will go up on the 21st, in time for the hurricane and droid incursion.

[Obi-Wan lets go and leaps to the ground just before Stark touches down, looking around warily for any cultists in the area before moving closer to the dome.]

Ouch. And here I thought the red and gold was aesthetically pleasing.

[He follows, watching his scanners for movement around the fringe. The last thing they need is to be ambushed themselves right now.]

"It is a bit gaudy for my tastes... and besides, protocol droids are designed to be aesthetically pleasing."

[Don't worry about it, bro, you've got a human radar with you. Obi-Wan is still casting around him warily as he advances toward the breach in the smaller dome, lightsaber in his hand.]

[...Yeah, he won't lie, he's kind of pepped to see an actual lightsaber in action.

As they approach:] Remind me to paint your walls when we get back.

"That won't be necessary, I assure you."

[Red and gold walls. Force preserve him.

As they approach the breach, they encounter a straggling cultist, not paying attention to his surroundings- which Obi-Wan has little difficulty taking advantage of, muffling the cultist with one hand as the other drives his lightsaber into the cultist's heart. By and large, however, the cultists are already inside, working their way through the barriers he had organized.

So much the better.]

[Suit yourself, Obi-Wan. Iron Man creeps quietly behind him, scanners already running numbers on the cultists in the breached dome before they even enter.]

Alright. Let's crash this party.

"Quite. Do you have any manner of disorienting weaponry that isn't instantly lethal? I should rather not inadvertantly kill any of our own on the other side."

[Not that he's inordinately worried about it- the Malnosso are an enemy as well, after all- but he's not fond of unnecessary death.]

My combat scanners are calibrated to identify threats and allies. It's already learned to recognize the Malnosso as the latter. We'll be good.

[Which would not be the case were they in the village right now.]

"Would those scanners be accurate from one end of the connecting passageway between the domes to the other? I suspect our strategy would best be served by a surprise attack from range. Blind and disorient them to disrupt organization, then attack them as they attempt to determine the nature of the threat. I am... more useful in melee, but that would lack the element of surprise."
