Beach Volleyball Tournament

What: Volleyball Tournament
When: July 22nd, 11am onward!
Where: The Beach!
Summary: Fun in the sun and a bit of competitive spirit! If you signed up for the volleyball tournament, be prepared to rock the house down against the opposing teams! Just there to watch? Enjoy the seats around the volleyball courts as a spectator and have a refreshing drink or some beach-side snacks! SWIMSUIT REQUIRED for everyone there. If you're found by someone in charge without one you may or may not be subject to getting mysteriously kidnapped and put in one, human or not. That's right, even chihuahuas if there are any have to at least have a cool straw hat and sunglasses.
Rating: PG-13. Please try to keep it PG-13 max and warn in the subject header for anything iffy!
When you first arrive, there will be a huge board with the brackets for the tournament on it:



{{ ooc: All of the brackets were totally randomized using RNG on random.org. Unfortunately, I don't have all of the muns memorized so if I put your character against another one of your character, PLEASE let me now ASAP and we can get that fixed! If there are no replies to a match within one week, that team will be disqualified as having not showed up, just so that we can keep going. After the first week, it will be 3 days. (The first week is to account for Otakon, since I know a lot of people are going to that.) }}

After you pass the sign, there are multiple volleyball courts set up, ref towers, lots of beach umbrellas and towels set out on the sand for viewers, and waiters and waitresses handing out drinks to anyone who comes by, courtesy of the local bars. Alcohol will only be available to those who are 18+. It's hot, too, so make sure you don't forget sunscreen!

The others in the house? They control earth, water, and air. All sufficient enough to be extremely annoying, but only partially painful. Fire, however, is only painful. And too extreme to use for payback.

Are you kidding? If you could control fire, you could flicker all of the candles on and off whenever you wanted or light the tips of someone's hair on fire-- long enough for them to notice, but since there aren't any nerves no one would get hurt because they'd probably notice it before it did any real damage. I imagine if you'e good enough you could pull off things like burning peoples' clothes off for entertainment or making traps in the floor that were just deep pits of fire as long as you put a sign up of warning so that no one walked right into it! [ She sounds a little too excited ]

Thanks for the reassurance, but I know I'm cute. They'd be a moron because they'd be going straight for a girl whose only future is completely forgetting who he is. Any relationship with me is something I wouldn't want to put someone through if I got sent back even if I came back after that.

Yuri. That's how it is for everyone here. I know you've got less to go back to. But anyone who hooks up with anyone here knows that it only lasts here. But falling in love isn't exactly what smart people do anyway. But they're not morons either.

They can fall in love all they want and I can reject them all I want. I don't want to lose anything else either. [ A beat, but her tone sounds almost playful. ] Besides, the only ones who ever take a glance at me are perverts, a robot, and a guy who's a complete moron whether he's in love or not.
