Event Log -- A Kin'coran Play-date

Who: Luceti vs. Kin’cora, preliminary social bout.
What: Luceti has been voluntold that they must host Kin’coran survivors of a Cultist invasion.
When: Kin’cora refugees will start arriving at the southern barrier around 12PM.
Where: Luceti, duh. All of it.
Summary: Can you still call it a humanitarian effort if not all of us are humans?
Rating: G to PG, folks. Take anything else to your appointments.

As described here. Couple things to keep in mind, folks!

Although the Kin’corans will arrive around noon, it’s a 30 mile trek from the southern barrier to the village. They do have some horses and carts but it will be a slow trickle into town, not a sudden flood.

Have fun with your NPCs. Remember -- if from a canon, they should be minor, off-screen characters. No one appable! If you have any doubts please err on the side of asking us.

Included below are some conversational snippets your characters can hear from various Kin’coran refugees. Additionally, your characters may be able to talk parts or all of a timeline for the Kin'coran enclosure out of the refugees. Use these instead of NPCs or in addition to them -- it’s up to you! Also remember to tag your [canon] character name to the log!

[Oh, there he is. Asch pauses, looking for a moment like he might just wave Luke off and keep walking, but it passes and he stops, his gaze drifting in his replica's direction.]

What are you doing here?

[fabrecation]

I was just checking out the food supply.

[Luke steps closer until he's more beside him than in front of him, just so that Asch doesn't have to look straight on at himself if he decides to use Luke's sight.]

What are you doing here? [The implication is hidden; why is he here without his sight?]

[dissonates]

[Asch pauses, brows furrowing, then ducks his head slightly.]

I'm going to check on Mother.

[fabrecation]

[Luke's face shifts from confusion to sudden understanding, and even concern of his own. He turns his head then, towards where their mother is staying.]

We'll both check on her.

[dissonates]

[Asch scowls immediately, though he tries to mask it. He's not jealous. He's not... really jealous.

It's just.

....

He's not.]

There's no need for both of us to go.

[fabrecation]

I'm just as worried about her as you are, Asch.

[There's quiet determination in his voice. They're both her sons; it wouldn't be fair to just keep fighting over her.

And besides.]

It'd be better if you saw her, right?

[dissonates]

[Oh, that's what he- ...tch. Damn, he has a point, but...]

...It's not like I can stop you.
