Greetings, your name is LUCETI MOD. It seems you've lost your memory. Here's some facts about yourself:

1. You need to post a log about an Amnesia Event.

[It's frustrating, feeling like the answer is there, but he just hasn't grasped it yet.]

It will come to you in time. The more familiar something is to you, the more likely it is you will have some flash of memory.

[A pause, as he determines if he wants to say this. It's nagging at him though, the thought that maybe finding out will only be the start of more issues to deal with.]

Do you wonder at all if the truth is something you won't want to hear...?

...it doesn't matter if you like the truth or not. So long as it is true, it is worth knowing.

[It's said with a slow, hesitant certainty. Something she knew deep down beyond all the layers of things she couldn't recall, something hard and cold that didn't feel like the woman she thought of herself. But it was true none the less. That much, she knows.]

I suppose... the burdens of truth make us who we are.

[No matter how much dread is attached to them. It might be better to know it all for certain than be left to speculate about it.]

What do you mean about this being temporary?

Apparently this is an experiment and such things happen often. I have been told the usual time for these is about a week, though I do not know how long it has been since it started.

I don't think it's been very long... [He doesn't like the implication of "experiments", and realizes that the fact it gives him such strong feelings means something.] ...but I cannot deny how true that sounds. Those experiments... we must have been through many before.

Once a month, I was told. Though not always to this extent...and sometimes worse. I don't know how true this might be but...it feels right.

[It's more disconcerting than she'd like to think and it has her wrap her arms around herself, huddling with a shiver.]

[It also strikes a note of familiarity in Vincent as well, and that instinct tells him it must be true. It's an odd perspective, knowing this and yet not truly remembering.]

If it's an experiment... What purpose could this serve?

[Some psychological test, he supposes, but it seems a little bit of a far extent to go to.]

Social experiments. To see how we cope without our memories burdening us. The alterations in our patterns of behavior when our previous experiences are lost. That would be my guess.

I wonder why they're collecting this data, conducting these experiments... what they might have to gain.

[He frowns deeply.]

I can see that the card was accurate in my feelings toward scientists.
