EVENT LOG: SCAVENGER HUNT

Who: All you scavenger hunters!
What: Scavenging and other fantabulousness, I suppose.
When: November 24th to 28th
Where: The whole village! And yet also all over time and space...

As announced by CJ, the village's immediate environs are divided up according to this map. There are five areas: the Nile, Ice Age, Space Opera, Shogunate, and Gangland. Time-and-place appropriate architecture and conjured up NPCs exist in each area.

Don't forget the scavenger hunt! While actually finding things is ultimatly optional, you can find more information on the hunt here. If you want to claim a reward from the hunt, be sure to link at least two related threads on the new rewards claims post.

Finally, here's a quick rundown of the objects:
- In THE NILE: A ceremonial dagger and a piece of Pharoah's treasure
- In GANGLAND: A tommy gun and a set of car keys
- In ICE AGE: A bone spear and a smilodon's tooth
- In SPACE OPERA: a raygun and part of a robot
- In SHOGUNATE: a samurai sword and water from a kappa's head

[She thinks his outfit looks nice! Of course, she thinks everyone's outfits look nice.

Ah! But the name rings a bell, and Rapunzel kneels down to Koromaru's level.]

That's right! It's great to meeting you, Koromaru. Are the two of you having fun?

[Koromaru barks. Minato... shrugs.]

He seems to be.

[gleamed]

[She glances up at him with a smile in her face.]

And you?

[emp3thy]

I'm cold.

[gleamed]

[She can't help a small laugh.]

Well, I can see why. Can't you find anything warmer to wear?

[emp3thy]

[he shakes his head.]

The house turned into a cave. Everything in it's like this too...

[gleamed]

[Oh, dear. That would certainly be problematic.]

Well, here - [She starts to unwind her scarf.] I can give you this, at least! It might help.

[emp3thy]

I can't take it when you still need it. [He can handle a little cold! Probably. Either way he just doesn't want to inconvenience her.]

[gleamed]

It's no trouble, really! I won't even notice it's gone.

[She holds out the scarf for him, insisting.]

[emp3thy]

...If you're sure.

[Maybe she can just wrap her hair around herself as a substitute.]

[gleamed]

[She smiles reassuringly.] I'm sure! And maybe we can walk to a different section of town. Not everywhere is as cold as this.

[emp3thy]

[He nods.] I figured... The problem is knowing which way to go.

[gleamed]

Well, the desert is...[And then she turns around, realizing she's gotten a little backwards.] Actually, I'm not sure which direction it is!

[emp3thy]

[.....huh.]

...If we walk, we'll probably get somewhere. There's a trail, still...

[even if it's harder to follow than the road would be with all the snow.]
