Well, that's a pretty easy program to keep practicing on your own. But you have good reflexes.

I can teach you some hand to hand moves if you want. Some of my style won't work for you, but I can give you some basics.

Alright, someone your size and stature, brute force is gonna be near useless unless you're fighting someone the same size. Not trying to be insulting, just truthful.

So you have to fight smart. Your best advantage is speed, agility. So use your opponent's momentum against them.
