[It's a bit odd to be approached as he's slowly making his way to find a doctor, true, but he figures that the man's words are correct enough if it had drawn him over. The smirk is noted, but as odd as it is, it's not enough reason to ignore the man.]

I seem to have come down with quite the migraine. Hopefully the infirmary will have something that will help it before we depart.

I'm sure they'll be just thrilled to put their time and resources towards treating a headache. [He says with a light shrug.]

I suppose you are not aware, then. This is a problem that occurs regularly when they transport people from the village to the battlefront, these days. It is a type of shift side effect. [At least, he could assume that is the cause. He wasn't prone to headaches, let alone migraines, and he had slept fine last night. So that could only leave something caused by their arrival or their environment.] It is likely they are prepared for such ailments, as long as they get enough numbers to bolster their forces in the end.

I have heard of such a thing. But are you sure it's due to a shift? Perhaps you've actually exhausted your poor little head. It would be embarrassing to go before them if that were the case.

I have never been prone to such ailments, myself. [But he'd seen far more people ill then normal.... perhaps there was some outlying cause after all.] But you are right that it is a possibility. I suppose I will find out when I get there.

[And there was no embarrassment in addressing an issues that could affect your ability to get by in combat, in Frey's opinion.]
