This post covers the first day, before the attack. Remember, characters here are not expecting an attack and are under the impression they will be going to Region 1 to fight. During this day, draftees will be restricted to T6 and T7 and not permitted access to other areas.

[She looks doubtful when the wince crosses the other girl's face.]

Are you sure? This is gonna be hard enough even if you aren't sick!

"I'm-"

[Oh, good, now she felt like she was going to throw up. Wonderful.]

"-I'm fine. I came here straight from a training camp, is all. I'll be fine."

Training camp?

[xenamorph]

"Yeah. Got bored in the city. Went on one of the Malnosso training missions last week."

[Another surge of pain brings her hand to her head again.]

"Great timing, huh?"

Yeah, no kidding.

[And the girl's looking even worse.]

Are you sure you don't need to go look for the healers? I know there's a couple around.

[xenamorph]

"Don't worry about it. I'm... uh."

[Feeling like she's about to pass out.]

"... alright, fine. I'll go, uh, get some water and have the medics check me out."

[... If she can even make it there...]

[Anise is half-tempted to go and do her own thing elsewhere now, but the girl looks like she won't even make it to the healers. She hesitates, then relents. There's not much point in her urging the girl to go when she'll just faint halfway there.]

Maybe I'll come with you!

"No, no, you don't have to-"

[She stumbles and only barely manages to right herself before she falls.]

"...uh... okay. Fine. Thanks."
