This post covers the first day, before the attack. Remember, characters here are not expecting an attack and are under the impression they will be going to Region 1 to fight. During this day, draftees will be restricted to T6 and T7 and not permitted access to other areas.

You are Equestria's fastest flyer, after all. [ She gives Rainbow a nudge. ] And I'm pretty handy with magic myself.

[ She frowns. ] These aren't changelings, though. For one thing, they'll be bigger than us. It's not going to be easy.

You think you can whip up some kinda... I dunno, explosive spell of total destruction? Or shoot fireballs from your horn. That could be handy!

[She rubs her hooves together, grinning at the thought. Who cares if they're big? They'll just have to prove that size isn't everything.]

Well, I've got the destructive spell I used to fight the changelings. I've actually been working to increase its power. Since leaving Luceti, my magic's grown in potency a little bit. [ She hasn't worked out the power dampener yet. ]

Maybe you could weaponize the Rainboom somehow. Is that even possible?

Hey, it's worth a shot.

[and while it hasn't happened yet, she did total AJ's barn before!]

If nothing else, I could treat myself like a living cannonball and blast my way through things.

Okay, as long as you're careful. It's not worth hurting other ponies if you injure yourself badly in the process, Dash.

Hey, who said anything about hurting myself? C'mon, you know I've got nerves of steel... no, titanium!

[ She chuckles. ] Yeah but... we're not in Equestria anymore! Everypony here seems pretty worried about the battles.

[wannabolt]

Yeah, well, worrying's just gonna hold 'em all back! I say we should charge in and show 'em our stuff. And besides, danger's my middle name.
