[ simply trying to keep self alive? guess who's trying to do the same thing, nearly bunping into Emmet's back on the field, empoleon and rapidash in front of her blazing fire-and-ice attacks at the army. Platina flinches, does a double-take and then recognizes him with dawning realization. ]

[Emmet whirls around, putting a hand on her shoulder as if to get a firmer grasp of her presence. His voice sounds panicked as he shouts over the sounds of battle,]

Are you fighting??

Y-yes! I... I've gotten separated from my friends, and...

[ sticking close to her team, but they were taking damage and it was all she could do to try to keep safe by herself. ]
