[ She notices the kid driving the land vehicle up the road. The fact that he's probably too young to drive comes as a second thought. First? She's just jealous. WHY DIDN'T SHE THINK OF THAT, IT SURE BEATS GETTING AROUND ON FOOT.

She runs towards him, trying to wave him down. ] Hey!

[By Odin's empty eyesocket! Loki struggles to find the brakes when he notices a girl running towards him]

Damn, damn, damn!

[Why does this vehicle not possess a honking device either! After some struggling behind the wheel Loki finally, finally, has discovered the brakes. The brakes screech painfully before the vehicle comes to a complete stop.]

Do not do that!

[precipitous]

[ She completely ignores his chastisement, grinning at the vehicle in front of him. ]

This is so cool! Can I catch a ride?

[Loki blinks a couple of times before turning to look at her.]

If it keeps you from jumping in front of vehicles...of course.

[He motions at the door at the passenger's side.]

But, by Odin's sores, do not do that again!

[precipitous]

[ DOUBLE FIST-PUMP IN THE AIR. ]

Sweet! Thanks. You won’t regret it.

[ Also totally ignoring his words of warning as she hops into the vehicle. ]

[Loki watches her and really, he does appreciate the fist pump. Actually, he mimics it immediately, mirroring her enthusiasm.]

Sweet indeed. I am all about sweet.

[He shifts into the drivers seat when she sits down next to him, eyes narrowing slightly before his foot finds the gas pedal.]

Hold on.

[The vehicle comes to life with a loud roar and shoots forward, almost launching itself over the bump. Loki is grinning broadly, obviously enjoying this thing they call joyriding.]

[precipitous]

[ Korra is enjoying it too, letting out a 'woohoo' as the jerks into action. As they speed along, she fires off firebending shots at droids and cultists they pass. ]

This is what I call traveling in style!

[Loki enjoys this as well, the grin only broadening as he drives by, not bothering to take any enemy into account. Oh, and it seems this woman is shooting fire from her hands. That is certainly a pleasant thing.

Not only this vehicle would be unstoppable, it would also be rather lethal.]

Aye! We are an unstoppable force!

[There's a fanatic look in his eyes now as he steers the vehicle to the left and drives right into a couple of droids.]

[ Korra swings a gleeful fist. DID SHE MENTION HOW MUCH SHE HATES THOSE STUPID DROIDS. ]

Yeah, let 'em have it!

[Loki squeezes his eyes shut when the vehicle hits the droids and sends them flying everywhere. Some try to aim their weapons but to no avail. Loki just steps on the gas some more and sends them flying after the first ones.]

Is this satisfactory enough?

[He grins a very broad grin while steering the vehicle over the remaining pieces of said droids. Bless its sturdiness.]

[ She nods a bit maniacally. This was downright cathartic. Those stupid robots didn't even know what was coming for them. ]

Absolutely! Keep it up! [ She earthbends a chunk of rock from the road to her side, lobbing it at some droids in a passing alleyway. ]

[Loki hunches a bit forward, eyes focused on the road in front of him (well, not exactly a road but more something consisting out of dust and droids and some remnants of buildings). He has a a lot of fun. The vehicle seems sturdy enough to take the blows and next to him is a maiden who is able to whirl rocks around.]

Are you what Aang is as well? A manipulator of elements?

[precipitous]

[ Man, does Aang know everyone, or what? It sure seems that way. ]

Yeah! I'm an Avatar like him.

Shouldn't there be an arrow on your head? And on your hands as well?

[Loki points at his forehead and draws an invisible arrow onto it.]

Nah, that's just an airbender thing. I'm from the Water Tribe. We've got our own style.

[Loki frowns briefly before he moves to focus on that small group of droids that looks quite ready to get hit.]

Am I correct to assume that water is not the only element you can manipulate? I saw you doing something with rocks and fire just yet.

[ She nods, chuckling, as she throws out a fireball at the droids to demonstrate. ]

Yep! I've got them covered.

[ Except for airbending. But we don't talk about airbending. ]

[Loki steers the car a bit to the right so Korra can fire fireballs at them from a better angle.]
