-Oh, believe me, I'm holding-

[... Weird. She can feel Saori's muscles tensing as if she was moving, but there's no wind. It's almost as if-

... as if she was a wind god and she could keep the wind off of her.

Duh, Rachel.]

-Let me know when we're over the ship so I can jump off.-

[windandrain]

[A few minutes later, she was over one of the ships, not a big one, but large enough.]

Okay, go.

[Once the bug's safely away, Saori draws her weapon and drops to the deck, shouting a stentorian challenge.]

Come! Come face me, worms!

[As soon as she touched down on the deck, Rachel quickly finds a gap in the deck's panelling and squeezes her cockroach body below deck, hopping down to the floor. Dark, quiet, but not too cramped. Probably an empty room of some sort. Perfect.

A few moments later, a Cultist slips out of the room and very quietly takes up a weapon, and, taking advantage of their distracted movements, begins isolating and cutting them down, shoving the bodies out of windows and other openings in the ship.]

[Out on deck, Saori is causing quite a ruckus. Her fists flying and sword flashing, she's nearly surrounded but fighting with a kind of immortal grace that they simply cannot match. Spinning, ducking, whipping, and moving, it's a scene of chaos on the ship. And it looks like she could keep it up for hours without breaking a sweat.]

[Fortunately, it probably wouldn't be necessary. A short while later, a cultist appears on deck, but unlike the others, this one doesn't move to attack Saori.

This one instead brings his blade slashing down on the wing of the cultist in front of him, severing it neatly. Before they can react, he quickly turns and slits the throat of another before taking to the air, causing several of the cultists to break off from the melee with the goddess to follow him.]

[She guesses that it's the shapeshifter after it starts attacking the others, and she continues her battle with the myriad of enemies, knowing from experience that Rachel is quite capable of defending herself.]

[xenamorphs]

[In a few moments, Rachel has fought her way across the deck, quickly dispatching the pilot with a blow to the neck before seizing the controls.]

"Going down!"

[With little more warning than that and her ensuing laughter, the airship suddenly pitches nose-down and begins losing altitude, right underneath the ill-prepared cultists. Many of whom have crippled wings now.]

[Well, Saori hops off the deck and starts to float down with the ship then, sending out streams of wind to batter cultist wings]

[As soon as the enemy soldiers are off the ship and in the air, fighting against Saori's buffets of wind, Rachel wheels the ship around and starts heading back for the island, leaving the Third Party at Saori's mercy.

Turning back toward Saori, she grins and yells,]

"You got these idiots, right?"

[windandrain]

I do.

[Not that it's much mercy.]

"Awesome. Thanks for the help, then."

[And with that, she heads off to play with the new toy.

Play with, in this case, being a disturbing euphemism for 'use it to bring down some other ships.']
