[Patty also freezes lightly at the sound of the nearby voices. Then she turns and backs into the wall of the alley, alongside Loki, her eyes on the main street and her pistol in hand. If a cultist shows their ugly face, she'll be ready to shoot.]

[Loki readies his bow as well, eyes narrowing. Two other voices seem to have joined the owner of the first voice they just heard. He lowers his voice to a whisper.]

Shoot them in the legs. Perhaps we can interrogate them so they are forced provide us with vital information about our enemies.

[Patty gives a slow, determined nod of the head. Then she takes a few small steps towards the alleyway's exit and waits. One of the cultists comes darting past, but Patty's reaction is almost instantaneous. A loud bang, a cry of pain and the cultist falls to the ground clutching his knee. His companions are bound to notice and respond within seconds.]

[For now the guy seems to be alone and Loki frowns briefly before he steps forward, reading his bow and aiming the arrow at the man. He reminds himself about the fact that he can play a very convincing evil Loki.

The look in his eyes darkens a bit and the grin on his face turns from playful to sharp.]

Hush now.

[He keeps pointing the arrow at the man.]

Tell them you are fine so we can have a word with you, you see? And do not fret, it is just us, mere children. What harm can a talk do, right?

[Patty moves to stand behind Loki, her pistol directed at the cultist's face but her gaze on their surroundings. They need to make sure they aren't attracting any unwanted attention, but be ready to move if they do.

She knows perfectly well the Third Party soldiers have a reputation of refusing to cooperate. After all, what have they got to lose? If they die in battle here, well, they'll just be brought back to life again in a week or so. This guy may have that very same mindset.]

[The guy does not seem to cooperate. He is laughing at them, implying that they're all a big joke and that his mates would arrive soon.

Loki briefly looks at Patty before turning back to him.]

But we might have valueable information for you in return... There are no losers here, you see?

[He pulls his most sincere face and speaks clearly.]
