When: June 5th- 12th - admittedly dates are sort of nebulous - set up could have begun as early as the 5th, but given the event recently, more days could have been taken to do it and for people to involve themselves, so it probably "officially" starts a little later (by the 8th at the very least, though work can go on throughout it) - feel free to use your judgement/have fun!

Notes: Booths can be labeled as separate comments! Just put [booth name] or something in the subject line so people can find top level comments easier.

Work probably started for it on the 5th-7/8th for labor purposes, though feel free to use dates to your advantage here! (Even if characters slapdash something at the last minute, it would be fun to see! It would even be encouraged after the crazy from the last event - kind of a way to get back in touch with themselves.)

CHARACTERS ARE WELCOME TO TAG THE LOG FOR INTERACTING WITH OTHERS, NOT JUST BOOTHS, SO FEEL FREE TO TAG IN! Also a character who might not know what's going on is welcome to walk by and question it! And so forth. (Helios and Ikki made posts in regard to it and there have been art club posters around, so anyone could have noticed those as well!)

I'll leave descriptions up to you all as there isn't much that is too uniform about the displays, as everyone is encouraged to be creative about their presentations and how hard the characters worked isn't something I could define for each of you. Just keep in mind that this takes place in the plaza, there shouldn't be an issue with blocking traffic (there may be ropes up to try and keep pathways clear, however!), though it may branch around various points of the square depending on where someone wants a booth located / the number of actual participants. The square will also have a lot of brightly colored signs and decorations indicating what is going on!

Flat | Top-Level Comments Only

[First, he shows a face of mock-surprise, as in he didn't know she was there! But that drops quick enough into an expression which would look thoughtful if he wasn't smirking, and as it is, looks more disjointed and playful than anything]

Well if you somehow missed the booth with the elements and animals, that's worth three looks. Of course, if you're asking me if I find you fascinating, you'd have to get three guesses of 'yes' before you'd be correct.

[She's not really fooled by his actions, but since he's not being harmful, she can let him slide.]

I have looked at most of the exhibits here for at least a few minutes. [She blushes in shame as she remembers the way she almost ran the first time she passed the Avatar booth. She will make an effort to go back there and speak with Aang-san again. Later.

And her blush only grows as he flirts with her. She's come to recognize a few of the signs, but she's still very bad at it and cannot see why he is so interested in persisting with her.]

I-I...Must you say things like that?

Heeeeh, so do you have any favorites you want to lead me through. Tell me, senpai! My heart goes out to your wisdom!

[He ignores the second thing she said, entirely. He just turns his smirk into a thing between a smile and a smirk before leaning into her personal space some from the side]

A-ah, I have not looked around enough to have a favorite. I did like the sparring over at the one booth between the two girls. And all of the animals.

[Carefully, she moves so that his invasion of her personal space is lessened. There was plenty of space for them to walk side-by-side, but she doesn't want him so close.]

What, are you into the ladies, Hinata-chan?!

[Without missing a beat, he leans back with mock-shock]

[She turns beet red and opens her mouth, but no sound comes out. It takes her a few moments until she can form thoughts, let alone words.]

Wh-what?

Do you like blue roses, pink triangles, and maybe even softball?! Are you playing for that team, because that's two home runs that the Y-lers are going to be missing, if that's the case!

[And he snaps his finger, rolling with it and leaning back into her personal space]

[She has no idea what the metaphors that he's using mean, but she does understand that he thinks she is interested in women. Which is a big NO.]

A-ah, n-n-no! I am not...I...IhavesomeonethatIcareforalreadyandheisverymuchmalethankyouKida-kun. [All of that is said in one panicked breath.]

[...Okay he's not sure he followed that. So still leans in, he hangs there in place, his eyes darting from side to side as he tries to process that into some sort of coherent sentence. There's got to be something there... but it's probably some sort of denial. He leans back now, with a momentary thoughtful expression]

Well, no more doubts from me, don't worry.

[A shame that he didn't understand that. There's so much potential to tease Hinata, as Shino and Kiba know well.

However, she can breathe a little when he leans away from her and he seems to pause a bit.]

A-ah, th-thank you.

But being that as it may, that means I've got an outside shot!

[WINK. And a finger waggle before he turns on his heel to walk ahead of her in the same direction they were walking anyway]

[Really, she doesn't understand what the hell he's saying. As he walks ahead, she just stands there trying to figure it out.]

[Wow, she isn't even following? Well, he keeps a slow pace so she can catch up, but he doesn't stop. That would be lame]

[She blinks and continues forward, still confused but thinking it rude to leave him waiting. Even though he joined her and not the other way around.]

Have you found a booth that you prefer yet, Kida-kun?

[Heh] I'm pretty partial to food they offered at that booth of the elements there.

I-I haven't tried it yet, to be honest.

[That is to say that she hasn't allowed herself to stay longer than three minutes at a time at the Avatar booth.]

Oh yeah? Should we call it a date and skip on over?

A d-date?

Eeeh, who said that?

You did!

I don't seem to remember saying that. Are you sure that wasn't wishful thinking, Hinata-chana?

[She glared at him, all semblance of trying to be nice gone out of the window.]

There is nothing wrong with my hearing or memory, Kida-kun, and I do not appreciate the implication that there might be.

[Sigh. He hangs his head and holds up his hands at that one]

Right, right. Sorry about that.

[His behaviour completely disarms her and she can't help but sigh.]

So long as you remember to not insult me again, I will not stop speaking to you.

Now there's a fierce ultimatum. [Muttered more to himself than anything, a wry smile on, as he lowers his arms.]
