What: The Cultural Fair
When: June 5th- 12th - admittedly dates are sort of nebulous - set up could have begun as early as the 5th, but given the event recently, more days could have been taken to do it and for people to involve themselves, so it probably "officially" starts a little later (by the 8th at the very least, though work can go on throughout it) - feel free to use your judgement/have fun!

Notes: Booths can be labeled as separate comments! Just put [booth name] or something in the subject line so people can find top level comments easier.

Work probably started for it on the 5th-7/8th for labor purposes, though feel free to use dates to your advantage here! (Even if characters slapdash something at the last minute, it would be fun to see! It would even be encouraged after the crazy from the last event - kind of a way to get back in touch with themselves.)

CHARACTERS ARE WELCOME TO TAG THE LOG FOR INTERACTING WITH OTHERS, NOT JUST BOOTHS, SO FEEL FREE TO TAG IN! Also a character who might not know what's going on is welcome to walk by and question it! And so forth. (Helios and Ikki made posts in regard to it and there have been art club posters around, so anyone could have noticed those as well!)

I'll leave descriptions up to you all as there isn't much that is too uniform about the displays, as everyone is encouraged to be creative about their presentations and how hard the characters worked isn't something I could define for each of you. Just keep in mind that this takes place in the plaza, there shouldn't be an issue with blocking traffic (there may be ropes up to try and keep pathways clear, however!), though it may branch around various points of the square depending on where someone wants a booth located / the number of actual participants. The square will also have a lot of brightly colored signs and decorations indicating what is going on!

It can be difficult to find humor in your jokes when they are impossible for us to understand without explanations. [They have senses of humor, Masaomi is just simply not playing to his audience.]

But a class would be [and his pose shifts with each syllable here, contorting some] Ri-di-cu-lous.

But there's already a class for world sharing, I don't think it's out of the question. [No Tear, why are you still trying to logic this?]

Though I suppose a class merely on terminology we would likely never run into here would be rather impractical.

[That? She understands perfectly well.] We're doing no such thing!

[There's a blush on Frey's face at that.] Masaomi....!

Said the couple holding hands. What, are we going on the "slow" route for this?

And if we are? [She's already had to talk with Ino about this, so she's blushing rather badly right now despite her efforts to appear neutral.]

There is nothing wrong with taking things at our own pace. [Frowing a little.... and he might be blushing just the faintest bit as well.

Publicly declaring that they were dating wasn't something he'd done yet.]

No, sir, it is not. What's more, despite Tear-san being someone I'd think it's hard to be slow with, just based on her dynamite looks, I'd say it suits your personalities.

[This is said with a crooked grin, leaning back a little from his standing position]

[... She can't even bring herself to say anything about that yet, not sure if that was meant to be ribbing or a compliment.

But she does know when someone has made a comment about her body. Cue a small frown and holding on to Frey's hand more tightly.]

[It was rather hard to forget that Masaomi had very little qualms in his jokes, when he said things like that with Freyjadour right there. That stronger grip on his hand is enough of a cue to tell Freyjadour it had made Tear uncomfortable, and there's a bit of a bite in his tone, a warning for Masaomi to back off.] I assure you, it is no difficulty on my part. I am quite happy with how we are taking things.

[He glances towards Tear when he finishes speaking, offering her a small, reassuring smile and a squeeze in return.]

Yeah, yeah. Like I said, suited. I don't have any doubts for that at all, Frey. [There's a little hand wave which might be taken as dismissive or might be taken as accepting of the answer. Really, both are true, and he leans up against the table behind him as he does it]

He's been nothing but polite and considerate this whole time. [There was probably more action before they started dating than now, and her words ring sincere.

At least the discomfort passed on quickly, if the smile she offers Frey in return says anything.]
