[He steps back, shocked when the doors open; likely expecting enemies on the other side. But there's no one there, and he de-tenses with a sheepish smile, as he prepares to hop on out of the elevator.]

[His sheepishness over attacking the elevator makes her giggle; it's normal, it's something that isn't influenced by any outside factors. It's something that might've happened on a normal day. And as such, it's oddly comforting.]
