Ah, Trunks! [She gives him a small smile.] It's great to see you. I really haven't been up to much, mostly just school stuff. It's really weird to be back in class after not going for a year... but enough about that. How are you?

[Okay, there doesn't seem to be any of that strange mistletoe around...]

You're going to school here? Man, I wish I wasn't so old now then we could go to school together.

[He says that with a faint laugh, though part of him wishes it was true. And he doesn't notice any strange mistletoe...yet.]

Not much for me though. Just going on missions and doing science things.

Yeah! That would be fun, wouldn't it?

[Hmm...]

Missions, huh? I've never really considered going on some--maybe I should.

Some of them can be really dangerous. I wouldn't want you to go alone.

[He's being the big brave hero.]

I know you're worried about me, but I can take care of myself. [Just a tad bit on the defensive, there.] ...still, you're probably right that I shouldn't go alone.

Sorry. I didn't mean to offend you if I did. If I've learned anything from being in space, it's to watch my friends' backs at all times. If you want, I can come with you.

[He says this with a sincere tone.]

[He really does sound sincere, and she smiles a little. It's nice that so many of the guys here seem to be more like Miki and less like Touga.]

Yeah, sure. Maybe we could even turn it into something fun.

[Trunks is the furthest thing from Touga, dear Utena.]

Well, I'm not too sure. You're the one who's done this before--are you sure you don't have any ideas?

Well I kind of just power through the enemies.

I'm a martial artist with special powers you could say.

Special powers, huh?

[She puts a hand on her hip, shifting her weight to one side. Now this she has to hear about--not that she's completely clueless to the fact that some people here have powers, but still.]

Yeah. You want to see them? It's really cool.

[That and he wants to be kind of a show off right now. Especially since Utena is a girl and he always liked showing off to girls.]

Sure, why not? [She grins.] Let's see what you've got!

[He backs away from her then puts himself in a stance of powering up until he finally transforms. His hair is a spiky golden color while his eyes are green. He's also surrounded by a golden aura.]

Pretty cool huh?

[She hadn't expected something like that.]

It's something I've been able to do it since I was a kid. It's a power I was born with.
