Rating: Varied. Anything frisky goes to appointments as per usual, chums.


Due to the size and variation of this event, it's probably best to have several logs for it to avoid one getting overcrowded and broken. Feel free to have your characters post their own entries, of course, if you'd prefer- you're more than welcome! This is for people who like to consolidate. Another log ought to be posted around the 16th for round 2.

[Vash laughs a bit. Both at the comment that he'll seriously hurt himself and Adela's touch. He reaches up to take hold of her hand.] Hahahah, hey there, I know I tend to have a reputation of being easy, but didn't we agree that we don't really have feelings for each other?

What do you mean? I have only spoken truth to you, and have no reason to say otherwise. Are you saying that you care nothing for me, Vash?

[Who knows if it's a ploy or not, but Adela actually does feel hurt at the notion that Vash doesn't care at all. It doesn't add up either, not after he was trying so hard to keep her from being kidnapped a few weeks ago...]

What? No! Wait! I-I mean of course I care about you! As a friend and neighbor. [Vash works on sitting up and attempting to gently push Adela off of him. Of course, even if he did care little for Adela he still would have fought tooth and nail against her kidnappers, but right now that was beside the point.]

And friends and neighbors only need to thank each other by saying things, right?

[She really doesn't want to move off, resisting the push as she tries to lean in again.]

Is it so terrible to wish for more?

He does this all the time to women. It's just revenge!

It is if it's an experiment.

[It's mutters under his breath with a sigh as his gentle pushing seems to be failing to remove Adela from on top of him. So he changes tactics and attempts to get to his feet. Hopeful she'll take the hint to return to her feet as well.]

I mean, I suppose it's not, but we just recently agreed we only felt friendly towards each other, right? Nothing past friends. Remember?

[That time it does seem to work, as she gets to her feet with him... But she does still wish to remain uncomfortably close, her hand reaching to try and thread her fingers with his.]

I do, but that is no longer enough. I wish for more with you, Vash.

[Vash sees her hands starting to reach out for his own. Before she can reach them he stuffs his hands into his pockets. Humming in slight amusement at her response.]

Hmmm, no. I don't think really you do. Trust me on this.

[Once again she seems put out, her lips jutting out in a pout before she reaches to touch at his face again.]

I am certain of what I want. You would doubt my feelings...?

[Nimbly, and avoiding the cat food this time, Vash takes a large step away so that her hands will find only air where his face had been just moments ago.]

For right now? Afraid so. But I'll cut you a deal. If you still feel the same way in three weeks time I'll give you a kiss and see where we go from there, huh?

[He knows these things don't tend to last more than two weeks so he adds a third to be sure. Then still, only a kiss just in case and no real big commitment to stick to.]

... There is one of simple friendship where I am from that I could give, if you would allow it Vash. I wish to give you such a kiss now.

[The outlaw keeps moving back towards his apartment. Hoping to slip inside of it.]

Thanks, but not now. How about in a couple weeks, like I said? Promise then I'll accept a kiss if you want to still, but not until then! [The last bit he adds in a sing-song voice.]
