[After a lot of preparation, opening night for Luceti's newest club is finally here. The music is loud and insistent, the kind where you have to shout a bit to be heard above the noise. Flashing, moving lights above reveal the purple decor, mostly devoid of chairs, and plenty of room to dance. A well stocked bar should be able to provide liquid courage to anyone too nervous to shake there groove-thang sober, while a patio out back affords a space for anyone wanting to have more intimate (or just quieter) interactions. There's also a coat room, for anyone looking for a warmer spot for intimate interactions.

The doors open at seven, and will stay open until two am-- plenty of time to drink, dance, talk and generally have a good time. When the DJs aren't spinning, a house mix is put on, so there's never a quiet moment.]

[In honor of the grand opening, Wanda has had local seamstress Bulla fit her up with a very red, very brave cocktail dress. She's accessorized it with her usual mid-arm black arm bands, and plenty of bracelets. Wanda can be found in one of a few places;

A. Out on the dance floor! Though she doesn't talk about it much, Wanda absolutely loves to dance. Happily, she seems to have a natural sense of rhythm housed in her hips, which she switches back and forth in hypnotic patterns to match the music, her arms weaving through the air around her-- Someone get this girl belly dancing lessons, she clearly has a knack for it. While she dances, she tends to glow blue a bit, her hex aura lighting up in an attempt to not accidentally do magic while she dances. That said, attempts are not always successful. Come dance with her, if you dare.

B. By the door, acting as a bouncer. While she doesn't expect to have to eject anyone from the club, it is her job to keep the peace, to a certain extent. She can do this job from anywhere, but by the front door is the official post.

C. Rehydrating! Dancing takes a lot out of a girl, and Wanda will make frequent stops at the bar for water. Also booze. She's not a huge drinker, but this is a party, after all. Come, have a drink with her.]

[Deadpool would occasionally frequent a club now and then. It wasn't exactly his favourite place, but anything to avoid being alone really. He makes sure to be "suited up" at least. He avoided being alone when possible as bad thoughts started invading his head. So here he is out on the dance floor. He notices a certain blue aura out of the corner of his eyes.]

[Wanda, on the other hand, would frequent clubs as often as she could sneak away to them. They felt freeing to her, somehow. No brother watching her every move, no father telling her she's wasting valuable time. Just the music and the motion.

Perhaps she should be a little more mindful, though, because that aura is creeping. Caught up in the music and the flashing lights, like she is, it's likely going to be the same hex that usually slips out (and gets her kicked out) at clubs; a colour change hex. Reds to blues, oranges to greens... it is highly likely anything this hex comes in contact with will experience a magical colour shift more permanent than any dye. Sorry about that!

To be fair, it does do really neat things to the lights.]

[Deadpool is doing his dancing when he notices his suit is now black. He takes a glance at his normal wear and the normal reds are now blue, and the blacks are white. Well this was certainly... different.]

[Wanda pauses in her dancing-- she's heard that sort of shout while clubbing before. It usually means either a fight between two guys is about to start, or... she's about to get kicked out. She's not so worried about getting kicked out, for once, but as a bouncer, it is her job to sort of keep the peace. She looks around for the source, and sees the mask man. While his face is hidden, his body language seems to indicate he's the one who issued the cry.]

... What's wrong?

[He raises an eyebrow at the club girl. There was something vaguely familiar about her]

Well, my entire outfit just changed colour. Like everything.

[Oops. She's been hexing again.]


... Sorry. Probably my fault. Sorry...! What-- colour are you supposed to be? [She moves over towards him, moving out of the way of others.]

[Eleanor will just sort of pop up next to Wanda during one of her trips to the bar, offering the taller girl a little smile over the top of the glass she had been nursing.]

Hi.

[She is very pleased to see Eleanor smiling.]

... Are you having fun?

[No, Wanda, she's having a drink. ]

[]A major rule for being stuck in any place for awhile, get to know the local bouncers. They could be life savers if you kept on their good side, a tool if you got on their bad side. Either way, Remy was a little surprised at first to see Wanda manning the door. Then again, you had to be stupid to go up against an angry hexer... he just hoped she could hold her temper if things got hot.]

[Strolling up to the entrance, he offered a smile in her direction, hands tucked into the front pockets of his jeans.]

[Looking up at this new arrival, she smiles, which she recognizes him.]

[Remy tipped his sunglasses down so he could look over the rim at her.] How's it all goin' so far?

... Pretty well. [She looks out over the dance floor.] ... We've had a steady stream of people coming in, and ... everyone seems really excited to dance. We've got all the bartenders working in shifts... the DJs are all trying their hand. ... I'm honestly surprised no one did this before us.

Hey, sometimes it takes some bright mind, [Or Wanda's] to notice the gap in the market 'nd fill it.

[As she looked into the interior, Remy took a chance to sweep his eyes over her, although the glasses did help to hide his slight from others. One of the reasons he always enjoyed wearing them. Damn if she wasn't ready to almost fall out of that dress.] Ya look mighty fine tonight, chere, very suitin'. [What was it with this family with red and purple?]

... You should tell that to Kate. ... It was her idea. I just... helped. [So that would explain it. Not Wanda's mind at all.

She turns back to him, when she hears the complement, smoothing her hands down her stomach.] Thank you...! Bulla made it for me. ... I think I've finally found the perfect dancing dress.

[Hey, man. Red and purple are awesome. Better than, say, neon pink.]

[Loki will say hello while Wanda's rehydrating. He doesn't have the most fond memories of her still, but mental distance has removed a lot of the sting.]

I am glad to see a place dedicated to dancing.

... And I'm glad you decided to come. [She is still uncertain of how to behave around Rogue and Loki. "With caution, on their terms" is her basic MO, any more.]

[He grins.] Very much so.

Where is Rogue...? I don't think I saw her come in. [You are a terrible bouncer, Wanda.]

If you're not only dancing with her, tonight, I might ask you to dance. ... I haven't improved since the art club thing, though.

She might not have arrived yet.

I'm to be hers alone for the night. [He smiles.] But should I find this place to my liking, I shall return often and you may have as many dances as you like then.

[After his "conversation" with Jean, Scott's not really in the best of moods anymore. He's not thinking straight, which is probably why he doesn't even realize as he gets to the bar that he's right next to Wanda. He leans over the bar to the bartender, doing his best to be polite despite his mood.]

Hey, I'll have another one. Thanks.

[He climbs up on the barstool next to her, propping his elbow up on the bar and holding the side of his head in one hand.]

... Not having fun? [Scott's is the first sour face she's seen all evening.]

[Aaaaand speak of the devil. He turns in his seat, jumping a little, before settling back down. It doesn't take a telepath to see that he's a little on edge.]

Oh, hi, Wanda. No, this place is great. Just... needed to cool off a little bit.

... There's a porch out back, if you're feeling over heated. ... Too many people can make a space feel too warm. [Aww, poor Scott. He's having so much fun he doesn't even want to leave, even though he's overheating! ]
