[ attacking the people that are to be escorted does not fly with Teito. he's no slouch in the battlefield, having been used as a combat slave for the majority of his years. it's only recently that he doesn't want to kill anymore.

he wants to be able to help instead of hurt.

so he'll get in her way. Third Party or not. ]

[As soon as ν-13 notices Teito, she halts her onslaught - something that will give the uninjured stragglers a little bit of time to get away, at least. When she speaks up, her voice is cold and mechanical, with no hint of emotion.]

...Target confirmed. Obstructing directive.

[Her words are not so much an observation as a warning; should Teito refuse to leave, she may very well decide to attack him. Not very fond of obstructions, this one.]
