What: Making skateboard parts.
When: Sometime after this and this. During the thought bubble experiment. (We'll call it the 27th.)
Where: The smithy.
Summary: Donatello, Raphael, and Winry use their technical expertise to help Kouichi build a functional skateboard. Or, the older kids have all the fun while the pre-teen stands around awkwardly.
Rating: PG. There are children present.
