BECAUSE I'M A DERP AND FORGOT ABOUT HOW THE X-BLADE EXPLODES ONCE IT'S DESTROYED... There will definitely be building damage to self-repairing shops. No housing will be destroyed, but things like the grocery store, fountain and clothing store will be totally destroyed, until they regenerate.
