So much goes unsaid.

William and Wellard are told only what they need to know. Horatio knows that Archie is keeping things from him. Nothing to be done about it, though. He cannot make the other man tell him anything.

After a morning walk on Britannia's deck, he is back at the house. A chair in front of a window serves as his domain currently, and a "classic" is his reading material. 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

Something, though, has him feeling ill at ease. Glimpses of the yard from the corner of his eye, instinct... something. Finally, he marks his place and sets the book down.

He heads outside.
