What: Cavemen vs. Astronauts
When: The last day
Where: The Ice Age-Space Opera border
Summary: Even without Angel, Spike has to prove a point. The death of NPCs doesn't matter. They're not real anyway!
At the edge of the Space Opera border, there was suddenly the trumpeting of mastodons as they rode into the strange space age area. On top of them were the icy warriors that guided the beasts. Also, some jerkass in black was there too, but mostly to watch. All at once, they began their attack. Soon they were beating robots with clubs, mastodons were wrestling with spider-tanks, and flying spacemen were firing lasers at the bunch while avoiding the boulders thrown at them. Absolute chaos was afoot. In fact, it wouldn't be surprising if some samurai or gangsters ended up drawn into the fight too. It was war. Absolutely ridiculous war.
Ultimately, the cavemen were doomed to lose, even after they started trying to use rayguns as well, but they certainly tried to put up a good fight. But in the end, the experiment didn't go as planned. Those damn spacemen had weapons.
