What: Oh, just a prank. A bit of fun. Mostly. And cupcakes.

Summary: Loki has been bored. Loki has found a way to occupy himself with a little experiment - think of it as proof of concept. And it won't kill anyone because plausible deniability.
Rating: ...could vary per thread, I think. Not likely to be above PG-13?
[Midmorning, the cupcakes appear. They're cheerful things, of all different flavors, each cutely decorated with a jelly bean on top. The cupcakes show up near the fountain, in Good Spirits, at the Welcome Center, in the Library, in the Battledome, the Item Shop, and the Clinic. Candy dishes filled with jelly beans also show up at the community housing buildings.
With the dishes and plates there's a note in loopy, very feminine handwriting. It reads:]
Thank you for the welcome, Luceti! You've all been so kind! ♥
[If you're very lucky, you might catch sight of the person delivering the cupcakes. She's a pretty brunette with a secretive tilt to her expression, but she smiles readily enough. Still in her new feather dress, even, though she's accented it with a pretty blue scarf. She doesn't have much time to talk, though, and quickly moves on.
But don't the cupcakes look good, the jelly beans look like they're just begging for you to take a handful?
