What: It's Sasuke's birthday! Not that he's announcing this to anyone ever.
When: July 23
Where: Sasuke's place (Community Housing 6, Floor 8, Room 40); anywhere
Summary: Sasuke's not the type to celebrate his birthday (partly for being antisocial and partly for good damn reason), but some of his comrades are imparting their well-wishes anyway.
Rating: PG13 for cursing? Probably. It's Sasuke. Also warning for heavy/dark themes?

((ooc: Kakashi will be visiting at why-are-you-awake in the morning, so first encounter closed to him; otherwise, Sasuke can be assumed to be in his apartment, out in the town proper, in the battle dome, or out in the wilderness training/just being Alone as needed.
