Your characters are shuffling off to their rooms. Each room has their name beside it and only they can open the door. People can only enter their room if they're allowed in (or they leave the door open). Characters will find any requested items in their room already. If they have a requested vehicle, there will be another door in their room that will take them to the hangar to inspect their equipment.

Light armor, mostly. Some of the Elites will wear heavier stuff, but it's not particularly bulletproof, if I had to guess. [He saw you working on that rifle, after all.] If you have to shoot them, odds are you'll be able to hit them and do some damage.

Elites have some minor Shifting powers themselves, sort of like magic. If you see one, it's probably better to retreat. They're strong, and they would very likely beat you in a one-on-one unless you get a lucky shot. Don't mess with the Elites unless you have no choice. I can't stress that enough.

I'm not going to go after the enemy, honestly. I'll stay with those who can't fight and protect them. I can help with the long range and switch to mid-close range if I have to.

The weak points in their armor are generally in the joints. Some of them wear helmets, some don't. It tends to vary. Of course, their wings are weak points too. If you can put a bullet through one of their wings, you'll probably incapacitate them at the very least.

And sticking back to help defend is a good idea. I only hope you never have to fire a single shot out there.
